They have the top team on Saturday...we have the bottom...
We also have Wagner, who is as inept as any manager we've had. I just cant see motivation or tactical knaus from the man.

I remember being in the River end and I'm sure the speakers weren't working,
I saw Delia come on to the pitch but couldn't hear what she was saying, then I started getting a few text from friends and family asking what was in the Norfolk water.
This certainly over shadowed the brilliant Ashton finish

And I thought the rainbow armband was introduced so that it didn't clash with any of the kits worn during the season. - a generational thing I suppose.

I received my membership renewal pack today.
INside, apart from the fixture list and ticket sale information, there was a credit card holder, and what looks like a key blank?
Any idea why the key?

Opps should of read the full thread first 😞

Creatively our best player, but as has been said not pacey.
So put engines and pace around him - let him use his brain and ability to find space for himself and others.
Its been crying out for this since Emi left, and not replaced
Thank goodness DW has seen this.
That said it work for teams who keep possesion and against Burnley???

Experience behind a young back 4.
Personally i like this team.- lets see.

Okay thanks, I'll just have to be patient.

If Birmingham progress against Forest Green in the cup,
Does anybody know the date our league match would be rearranged for? Or is there way to find this out?

Mansfield look a good bet away to lowly Crawley in League 2 - and don't worry about the score Mansfield have scored a lot of late goals this season.
The match bet, which I shall be watching from behind the sofa, Billy Sharpe to score first final score Draw.
Good luck pickers.

Just to add Dean Smith would of been my choice of manager before Farke came here. personally, I do think the link with Villa has changed him as a manager?

2 hours ago, Branston Pickle said:Well, perhaps give him the chance with a side that is relatively injury free? Sara and Hayden were our two biggest signings who we have barely been able to use, we’ve had 10-11 players missing in games already this season. I don’t know many organisations/teams who could perform at their best with so many people out.
Could this be the issue, if my memory serves me correctly weren't the Villa fans disappointed when he was sacked as they thought he'd do okay once he got his injured players back?
Maybe his training is causing some of the injuries? I'm not suggesting Sara or Hayden as they came with the injuries but others are struggling too coincidence?

I knew there would be a **** in my plan, but I think I would of got away with it if it hadn't been for you pesky kids

He's missing Teema as much as the the other way round - two very good football minds - maybe Villa will move for Pukki In January they need a goal scorer.

Could we send Smith to Villa and have Emi back instead of them paying us compensation.
I'm only asking for 27000 friends

Sean Dyce? Proven to be able to succeed on a budget.

Sorry a bit in and out this season, more out than in too.
I'd suggest Bolton will be too good or Lincoln this weekend
I also think we'll be too good for Blackpool and would punt a crafty £1 on Aarons to score at anytime
Good luck to the pickers and all fellow pups

Edwards sign a contract for 1 season, it's now autumn so he had his time. Billic to see them trough to Winter
The sacking of managers is a joke, may be they should only be able to be replaced during the transfer window??

15 hours ago, Norfolk Mustard said:I see people are calling LDC names again! I see things both ways; LDC makes extremely valid points. Others don't agree, citing the obvious - namely Potter 'proving himself at a higher level', 'short career', 'making more £' etc. - as if that's all that matters. Thing is, whatever any of us choose to do in life depends on what we believe & value. To assume anyone believes the same as us, or automatically values the exact same things as us is folly. We're all different - and that's why we each make different decisions.
Personally, I think Chelsea FC has a notoriously toxic work culture. If Potter had the same values as me, he'd steer well clear because he'd value peace-of-mind more than £. Potter has made a choice based on his personal level of emotional comfort. Good for him - he's having a go & will be well-paid. Maybe it'll work out for him, however my gut feeling is Chelsea are unlikely to achieve Champions League status this season...
A great and well expressed post Mustard.

Well, I think I managed a couple of weeks last season, so let's try and be a little more reliable this season.
It's great to see this thread growing again and that's a massive tribute to Nutty's efforts.
I'll start the season in the depth of League 2 and take AFC Wimbledon to beat Hartlepool.
For the City match, having watched the game last week I thought we were very unlucky not to take something from the game so am a little more hopeful than most. City to Score in both halves
Good luck to both pickers and to all you Pups.

Does anybody know when these tickets will be on sale? (match due to be played 10th August.)
I have checked the official website and it appears that the first three home games are on sale, but it says nothing about this Cup match.
Borjas red card overturned!

I also thought the red card was for Howson, on reflection I think, Howson should of been yellow carded and a free kick given to us. I dont want to see 50/50 challenges disappear from the game.
I do agree Howson caught the back of Borjas leg, but dont believe there was malicious intent.
Great to see the decision correctly overturned.
