Release = Duffy, McClean, Duffy, Hanley, Duffy, Barnes, Duffy, HugeDonk, Duffy, Gibson, Duffy.
Basically all the old contemptibles who think they are doing us a favour by gracing our turf with their negativity; passing square or back at every opportunity. Especially Duffy!

Knapper has been the invisible man since his appointment. No idea what his philosophy is or what his aims for the Club are. He needs to either stamp his authority on the Club and give it some positive direction or he needs to admit that he is not the man for the job and move on. Like so many others at the Club he is just marking time, doing the least they need to do to get the salary and producing nothing watchable or entertaining.
We will watch to see if he has the minerals to make positive changes. As Sporting Director the buck stops with him, he is accountable for that disaster of a performance last night. -
Sorry that you feel my opinion is “just absurd “. We will see how motivated this side are at 12:00 today.

Not feeling as enthusiastic for this fixture as I should. Probably because I believe that we do not deserve to be in the playoffs and that we do not have the quality to compete against an on form Leeds. I guess that our progress to Wembley will rest on how motivated the NCFC squad are for this game. At home, against a Leeds side who have lost 4 of their last 6, with a chance of promotion and all the financial benefits that will bring, then the squad should really be up for this contest. However, turkeys don’t vote for Christmas; how many of this squad see themselves selected for a Premiership game and so how many will really be trying to get promoted knowing it will probably be the end of their career. Prime example is Duffy, at 32, who must realise that he is done here if we are promoted but who would probably still make a Championship side. How many of our squad will really be up for this game?

As I watched Norwich’s no hopers with no ideas struggle to avoid defeat against Bristol City at home I was struck by the realisation that we do not deserve to be in the playoffs and we definitely do not deserve to be promoted. We are just not good enough. I was remembering how lucky we were to have players like Buendia and Maddison play regularly at Carrow Road and how we miss seeing players of such quality. Who would get selected for a Premiership team from our current squad of 34 year old strikers and assorted end of career journeymen, other than Angus Gunn? Sorry state of affairs.
-
Very easy to be negative when Wagner has such poor control of the squad and their abilities. Please get rid as soon as we do not make the playoffs.
-
Gutless. Gulf in football intelligence between Leicester and our losing mentality.
-
Complete lack of character in this Norwich squad. Looks like they want to lose, certainly they are studiously avoiding attempting to play in their half.

What is the Wagner game plan? Cannot see anything positive here. Poor defence and nobody to play out to if we do get the ball. Barnes and Sargent need to be that out ball but they are too busy helping out midfield or even deeper into the back four. Otherwise one way traffic and no hope to hold out for another 40 minutes. Their keeper playing in the centre circle, shows how bad we are.
-
Take off Sargent and put on Sorensen? Wagner is a tactical GENIUS . I am especially impressed by the way Wagner attempts to lose the game with such excellent game management. Please keep Wagner as our Head Coach for EVER, we are so lucky to have him in charge of our squad.

I am not a fan of the 34 year old. If you are playing out from the back he is not the target man you need as he is two yards too slow. Yesterday when I saw him stripping off to come on as a substitute I moaned that whatever the question, Barnes is not the answer. But he proved me wrong, his inclusion turned the game into victory.

How embarrassing to come to Anfield and play in such an amateurish fashion? We were expecting to be defeated , I can accept that, but not the manner in which we did not even try to compete. Shame on all involved.
-
Keep giving the ball away in our own half cheaply and there can only ever be one result, Liverpool will carry on scoring for fun.
-
Has any Head Coach ever been sacked at half-time?

As the ITV commentator sails “it just looks like comedy defending”. Too true.
-
Wow! We scored!!!!!!!
-
Playing 4-5-1. And the 1 upfront is a 34 year old who is two yards too slow and looked knackered after the pre match warm up.

Despite the absence of Rowe and Sargent I am hoping that Barnes will not be included in the squad. The spectacle of watching that slow, lumbering 34year old trying to compete against fit , young talented players would just bring into sharp relief how far our Club has fallen . Please no!
-
We are second best to a League One side. Outplayed, out coached, out motivated. We just do not want to win. This side is 11th (ELEVENTH!!!!) in League One. Pathetic.

Wagner SHOULD be sacked but inevitably he will NOT. Thus underlining how little ambition this Club has and how little our Sporting Director has grasped the responsibilities of his position.
-
Someone please put this squad out of its misery. They all need an injection of talent, skill, professionalism, commitment, effort. It truly is amateur hour again.
-
Once again no real effort to defend and no real ambition to score. Now Baath sits down with a “hurty leg”. Poor old age pensioner.
-
What a farce . Even with the bait of a game against Liverpool our team of no-hopers cannot even try to win against Bristol Rovers!
Barnes disappointed

It is sad to see Barnes. Old, knackered after the pre match warm up, legs gone, two yards too slow, easily injured, obviously at the very end of his playing days, desperate to squeeze out the last few pay days from a mug punter club. Sad. Should never have been.brought to the Club and certainly not on a three year, expensive contract. Like Wagner he is part of the past and has nothing to contribute to a forward looking head coach. Pay him off, give him away, send him on gardening leave, just get rid. Along with Duffy.
