Hiya Everyone Hope you are well and enjoyed the last two events Thought I’d update you on the last event which was our quiz night, we raised £3500 for the CSF, big thanks to our sponsors Fosters Solicitors who paid all our expenses and to our club who provided auction & raffle prizes for us and also entered 4 teams. We had a rest in November but have spent most of Dec and Jan planning out next event which is our most important one, our Mental Health Awareness evening, all the details can be found here http://www.ncfsc.co.uk/mental-health-awareness-evening-monday-23rd-january-2023/ When we did our first one back in 2017 we had 7 mental health groups and now we have 19 confirmed all of which you can read more about in the link above. I’m really pleased that Simon Thomas is driving down from his home in Berkshire to join us and that my friend Darren Eadie feels up to discussing his struggles plus we also have Declan Rudd and Alan Neilson who the club have kindly let us have. You told us you felt disconnected from the men in charge and we delivered you a forum with Smith and Shakey. We’ve heard you say you’re not as attached to this squad as previous ones, well, we are thrilled to announce our popular Players Fans’ Forum which will be held on Thursday, August 25th at 7:30 pm in the Top of the Terrace at Carrow Road Players will be Tim Krul, Liam Gibbs, Onel Hernandez ( subject to change ) Doors will be open at 6:45 pm, there is no need to buy tickets, just turn up and pay cash at the door. It’s £5 for adults and £1 for those under 18 accompanied by an adult. Hope you will come along and support us , as usual we are raising cash for the CSF with a great raffle

Questions we are being asked Can we park in the ncfc carpark - yes its free Do we have to book tickets - no its pay at the door, we have the Gunn Club which holds over 550 so plenty of room How much are the raffle tickets - £1 per strip - bring cash as we cant afford a cash machine What time does it finish - The fans forum starts at 7:30pm and will be finished by 9:30pm but you can stay around for a drink Could I donate a raffle prize - Yes please - just pm us, all will be gratefully rec'd What if I can't get there until 7:45pm - Thats fine, come when you can but its still £5 ha ha Where is the Gunn Club - walk past the holiday inn from the car park, keep going and you'll come to the gunn club entrance Lots of interest so come nice & early to get on the front row

We are really pleased to announce that this season, with everyone's help, we have broken our record and raised a massive £10,250 for the CSF making a grand total since we started of £46,000. Just a bit of an update first, all good news Our family fun day in Sept at the Nest raised £1646 our quiz last month raised £3300 so lots of cash from those 2 events for the CSF On to our next event 😀 Come and join us for our last event of 2021, It’s our much-loved Social Night, with a bit of a twist! Our social night is an informal get-together where you can unwind and have some fun with games like Jenga & Play Your Cards Right. We will also have a real treat for you this time round in the form of a Q&A hosted by Michael Bailey with guests Darren Huckerby, Adam Drury & the “King of Spain” Simon Lappin. The Bowles family with their ”On the Stall City” memorabilia will also be in attendance as will Billy @NorwichShirts on Twitter, to show off some of his huge collection of Norwich Shirts. This event is FREE, but don’t forget some cash for our raffle, which raises money for the Community Sports Foundation. Thanks for your support.

We at the fans social club wish our friend, Ben Kensell all the very best as he starts his new job as CEO at Hibernian FC, they have made an absolutely cracking appointment! Ben did a lot of work the last few years on fan engagement, had regular meetings with all the fans groups & us, he was easily contactable by fans with questions or complaints & will be missed, but its a new challenge for him which he'll relish. To the social club he was more than a ncfc official, he was our friend, having been with us since Day 1, 6 years ago, when he supported Diane in starting the social club. He has been a regular at our events and nothing has ever been too much trouble for him We were lucky enough to meet up with him the week before he left and gave him some pressies from us, a memory book with pictures of all our events over the years, a csf shirt and an engraved crystal glass, he was pretty emotional. He will be missed by us all
