Jack Flash 13 Posted January 6, 2015 With all this talk about the new Manager, and with many diverse opinions, whoever gets the job is likely to be under pressure from day 1. Do we really want that? However if we accepted that Phelan is undoubtedly a good coach, with vast experience in that capacity at the very top level in the PL and of course Europe, this must be the right time to introduce a Football Director working with a Head Coach. Then it opens the door for an experienced and available man, such as Curbishley to be Football Director, or whatever we want to call it.
