We don''t set out to kill off teams when we lead, the substitutes come on too late and are so often like-for-like meaning no shape is changed and teams can defend a known pattern of play far too easily. The team lacking on-field leadership? A lack of management? A lack of collective belief in the whole club set up? ?...all of this seemingly being looked on by a board that is allowing us to drift closer to the bottom positions.
