Rudolph Hucker 0 Posted August 22, 2011 How much is a point worth in this league? 1 million?If you do a Derby for example then certainly not; but if you survive then, yes.If you do a Blackpool you almost realise the value so are the points only worth the money once you have enough or do they accumilate evenly or pro-rata.I think we have to assume we are going to survive this season and on paper have 2 million to be converted. Certainly, Stokes late goal cost us 1 million on this basis. High stakes indeed, if only the Club had seen it this way when Ashton was first available.
