The Return of the Long Ball

For the first 30 minutes of the Match today all we seemed to do was the long ball over and over again despite the fact it was completely failing. Why? When we moved forward on the ground we scored. What was the thinking behind this? It seemed that it was the game plan rather than a back up given we did it at the start of the match.

Wasn''t much choice at times when Leicester had all 11 men behind the ball, I made it 21 of the 22 players in the Leicester half at times.
