Anderz 0 Posted March 3, 2009 I hope it doesn''t come to it, but our goal difference could well be a saving grace come May-time, we''re 6 goals better off than the next best team around us with respect to goal difference, barring Watford, who in my opinion are free-falling. So that works a bit in our favour, coupled with the fact that at no point this season have we really ever gone on a run of victories unlike the teams around us, and in most seasons even the worst performing teams have a temporary show of form, so maybe we are due ours now. Could tie in nicely with the fact that teams around us have either had theirs or are having theirs but yet we''ve not been completely left behind in the dash for safety.I don''t envisage the next few weekends being easy or fun to sit through, but the omens aren''t completely against us jsut yet, even if we can''t get penalties when they''re initially awarded TO us.
