kick it off 1,952 Posted February 4, 2008 Just been watching the highlights on CanariesWorld, and i could not help but to be struck by the amount of players showing initiative and instructing each other. Even Bates and Henry were doing this, and we seem to have gone from only having Dubs as a leader on the pitch, to a team of men who are happy to lead and inspire each other. There is apparently an excellent camraderie in the dressing room, and The whole team side of things seems so together. This is very pleasing and although the loans will return to their respective clubs at the end of the season, I think Roeder is clearly a uniter and hopefully this bodes well for the rest of his (hopefully long) tenure!Has anyone else noticed the increase in communication?
