Board Changes - new investor?

Press conference announced for 1:45. All the club have said is that there are to be board changes. Is this the news of a new investor that have been rumoured.

Changes to the Board of Norwich City Football Club.....

The Board are planning to announce major changes - that they shall be changing their Role Model Club from Charlton to Colchester.....

or that the boardroom is to be redecorated to reflect the new away strip colours?

The Board are all going to resign, and place the club in administration - due to the constant complaining and whining of some of the supporters on the Pink''Un posting board.
