nevermind, neoliberalism has had it 159 Posted April 3, 2023 Passing by Hay Hill today it was fenced off with one sole person working there removing the granite seats and soon the other marble pieces. On asking the chap, WHO WAS WORKING ALONE, where the art work would go, he said' it was designated for some park but they have not got planning permission to site it there.' Hang on, City Hall has not foreseen that it has to give itself planning permission to move tons of stone into a new location? or did they not know they'd need one? So I ask where this 250k taxpayers paid for artwork would go before City Hall makes up its mind, never mind the council taxpayers who had no say in purchase or placement up to now and he replied' into storage'. So City Hall/all Norwich council taxpayers, are paying for storage in this ongoing game of incompetent nincompoops making it up as they see fit and get going eventually. Talk about being prepared.... nevermind, neoliberalism has had it 159 Posted April 4, 2023 artwork cost 300k of taxpayers money. Now they will pay for storage until such time City Hall decides to site it or, again, secretly flog it off to somebody for an apple and an egg. ah well, its not important enough, not an election issue, to ask the charlatans to leave their asylum.
