BUT...he will get few opportunities to manage the club he loves. Many times people have missed such opporunities and lived to regret it. In his favour, he is emotionally intelligent, he is of the ideal age and experience, his Rotherham team continually over-performed, he has exceptional tactical acumen, he is a captivating and inspirational character.
