1.
Bloody brilliant statement.

Have you seen what jug ears ( the cheating handball tosser) has said. Just shows how out of touch they are with real footba teams. They only know what''s going on at the big clubs.

Bet they will all rally round nice Chris. Despite the fact he won 18 in 72. We were crap to watch. We. Any score in a brothel despite blowing our whole budget on strikers. We can''t play away!!!

Yes jug ears we have a rather large away game this week!!

I have always hated lineker since that blatant handball in front of me as a child.
What???

    Lineker, your balls, his hand!!

    ; )

  2. Right decision but at the wrong time. Any change in manager should have happened towards the end of last year.

With 5 games to go its a tough ask for anyone to come in and make a difference. Sure there''s the mythical bounce that occasionally occurs with a new manager but Adams has got one hell of a task.

Has anything been said about Calderwood?

  3. If we stay up then yes. TBH I''m not his greatest fan and am regularly surprised by his team line ups tactics substitutions etc. but there''s no denying that to keep us in the Premiership two years running is no bad thing. He''s got proven ability to keep us up and therefore sacking him and replacing him would be stupid when there''s no proof that the grass is greener. We would effectively be back to where we were two seasons ago,

I''m not saying that this season has been a good experience by any means but I would rather have someone with proven ability and who knows the squad than in all likelihood a manager from the lower leagues who would do a strip out and remould.

Yes we''ve got massive problems, particularly away from home and in the scoring goals department but if we stay up Hughton should be given his chance to bring in players to work alongside his squad to fix this.

  4. I''m not Hughton''s greatest fan but the idea of a tin pot quasi military style protest is laughable. It will just be a bunch of snakepit fucktards anyway.

The BoD are not stupid, they know we are a bad position and i''m sure they have discussed several scenarios about what to do over and over again. They have obviously made the decision to stick with Hughton and like it or not we should respect that.

What exactly happens when we win? It''s going to look really stupid then.

  5. We''re halfway through March FFS. This is hardly an achievement. Yes our home form is good but it''s hardly FCR is it?

We''ve drawn games we should have won and unless we get at least 6 points from our last 4 home games then we are screwed.

  6.
Anyone else posting from an iPhone?

Literally every time I view a new page or try and post the App Store app launches and takes me to the William Hill app.

It''s making the site pretty much unusable from an iPhone.
FFS it''s impossible. What utter fucktard from Archant thought it would be a good idea. I get that this a free site and needs to employ some kind of advertising but to render the site practically unusable from a mobile is such a stupid decision.

It just makes me want to have nothing ever to do with William Hill.

  7.
Whilst i am totally anti Hughton and his negative philosophy the way results went today 1 point is not a disaster. Anyone at the game would also realize that we could and should have been a couple of goals behind at HT now a loss really would have been a bad day
I don''t agree. At this stage in the season anything less than 3 points at home against another team in the relegation mix is a disaster especially one with 10 men for 15 mins. Like so many other occasions this season we bottled it and let a good opportunity go to waste.

  8.
I am going to the game of those real fans also going What is the form re Holt. Do we ignore him like we did the Messiah the first time we went to villa when he was in charge or do we sign the " he scored 3 goals against the scum" song To him?
Waveney, will you be ok leaving Norwich and venturing out into the big bad world?

  9.
The Avatar is a photo of a tee shirt I own.My username is one I use on several forums I am on. It started back in the olden days of the MSN chatrooms where I was first known as "Sultan of Ping" after a band I like, but soon tired of people asking me if I was a Dire Straits fan (the connection being their song "The sultans of swing) so a change was needed. The drummer of the Sultans of Ping is morty mccarthy, so that was adopted, and eventually shortened to morty.People have met me and been actually disappointed that my actual name isn''t morty.
Sultans of Ping FC didn''t they do where''s m'' jumper? Seem to remember that through the drunkan haze of my youth.

Brightside had always been my username on forums inc the old official NCFC one. Its not a reference to the killers or Monty Python although I think they''re both great. It''s after a Manic Street a Preachers lyric reference.

My current avatar is a go at Waveney/Thorpe who had thankfully been very quiet of late.

  10. If we get relegated I would think the likes of RVW Fer Bassong would leave but we would be able to keep the likes of Redmond Pilks Snodgrass Hooper.

It depends on whether Hughton stays or not. Players sign for a specific club not a specific league and a lot of players joined us because of Hughton. If Hughton stays then I think that would a factor to make players stay.

If we do go down then we would need to keep as many players as possible to endure some kind of continuity running thought the team. If we end up replacing a lot of players it will be that much tougher for us. The last thing we want to do is not bounce straight back and end up like a Bolton or worse still Middlesborough or Portsmouth.
