Enjoying their demise, only regret is that the thugs that support them aren`t there to witness such a poor show. My mate had his jaw broken by one of those cowards so I`m quite enjoying seeing them lose every week.

Played really well the last couple of games, works hard and gives us balance. Noticed how he covered for Sorenson a few times today aswell. Gives 100%.

We tend to ease our injured players back slowly, so I expect to see him next Saturday in the cup, no pressure on the player and a possible 90 minutes, makes sense to me.

Relax, Krul will play tomorrow.

Gibson has to play. The best partnership we`ve had for a long time with Hanley, no brainer.

Title should be "Danny Mills is a......"
-
Gibson has to come back, comfortable on the ball and very positive in possession, looked to get the ball forward quickly. Hanley can also play in his preferred right side of defence.

What does "get go" actually mean?

Nothing like getting ahead of yourselves, 😕

Pompey hit the bar twice yesterday too, could have been 4 or 5 nil, don`t think that scoreline is too far away though. Happy days!

Why so negative, we have a very good side tonight even without a couple of our better players. A good win for me.

I may be wrong but did I read a couple of months back that Farke had questioned his attitude. Seem to remember something like that but not sure. If true he has certainly changed, well done Josh.

All very interesting reading but is it just me that thinks since this whole BLM movement began, racism and racial hatred seems to have gone through the roof. Yes I know it's always been there but lately all we ever read about or see on the TV is racism. Sport especially has made massive strides in tackling racism over the last ten years or so but for me the whole BLM movement has given racists a whole new reason to vent their ignorant views.

Awful ground, reminded me of watching a non league game with fans using their car headlights to see.
-
It's a crap ground, can't believe anyone thinks it's a nice ground. Need some decent floodlights too.

Just now, ron obvious said:No Teemu on the bench as a late option. That's a shame.
Yeah thought we might see him on the bench too.

Maddison wasn't averse to hitting the deck, neither is Todd or Emi. Holt would go down like he'd been shot if he thought he might get a penalty.
Hanley always goes down with his back to the attacker, clever play I say. Grealish, we'd love him here wouldn't we?

I mean he didn't kill anyone did he? I think I would be coping just fine if I did experience it but thanks for your concern - I certainly hope you get over your terrible trauma soon.
There`s only one of us going through a trauma, calm down. You`ll be getting sweaty palms next,🤐

The facft is this is sport, it was 35 years ago, plenty of players cheat in football. Our players cheat, the English players specifically in that match tried to injury him out of the game. That is cheating.
All of this saltiness just shows a lack of class way worse than any hand of god act from Maradona.
Saltiness, 😂

I'd say the reaction by some English fans (and Shilton) shows a lack of class far beyond cheating in a World Cup game and then not apologising. No wonder everyone loves seeing the English lose.
Do you think Henry or Suarez will deserve to be disrespected for their acts of cheating on their deaths too? I personally don't..
I also feel the bitterness would be better placed with the officials not Maradona, and that it would be better placed in the previous century and not 35 years after the fact too. Its not like VAR is going to overturn the decision now is it?
I'm glad he never apologised to Shilton, that miserable **** doesn't deserve closure.
Before your time, I rest my case, clearly you will never understand an England fan regarding that game. Glad you didn't have to experience it.

Didn`t see too many Stoke players complaining, that`s usually a sign the Refs got it right.

The athletic did an article on the hand of god game and mentioned how England had basically spent the first hour of the game trying to kick Maradona out of the game and hurt him. Or in other words - cheating.
I also saw this Peter Shilton article and I thought what a miserable, salty, classless man!
About 2 sentences of generic condolences before he gets into all he really wants to say - complaining endlessly about sportsmanship / not apologising. Oh and the goal of the century never would've happened if it wasn't for the handball because the English players were still reeling from it. Talk about sour grapes Jesus, he is a national embarrassment.
Can only imagine what his family must've put up with the past 35 years! Those poor grandkids must be dealing with some kind of trauma by now.
He`s not English and he didn`t do it for us, don`t see your point. So you were happy with his performance against us??
-
One of the best cheats I`ve ever seen play. Respect ?

Farke has stuck with McGovern for a few years now so he's not gonna change that now and bring in another keeper over him. I'm not a big fan but we have to accept that he will be playing a few games in the coming weeks. Hopefully he will do well, let's try supporting the guy instead of writing him off.

Hugill`s hardly had a sniff since he joined us. Why replace a player who clearly hasn`t had a run of games yet. Pukki is our first choice striker, whoever else we have will sit on the bench, would Woodrow do any better getting ten minutes here and there than Hugill?
