1.

i can remember ian henderson making his debut at 18 and certain sections of the crowd barracking his every mistake! he was just a kid and it couldn''t have helped with his development.pity some morons set out to ruin him i say... he might have been half decent if not.
Yeah, thats pretty much how I remember it too. Can''t quite remember why though, were we going through a poor stage? He did get dog''s abuse.
thats how i remember it as-well, didnt we have a few young players at this time, like the jarvis brothers as-well? I ont think henderson ever got it right for us but he was never as bad as it was made out and he was young, like i said earlier though, wouldnt wana see him return, not the type striker we need
 2.

I Think Lansbury is just that little bit of extra class championship teams need to do well, someone who can tear the opposition defence with one pass consistently. Wes has some class as-well, but from what i''ve seen of Lansbury (for us and for arsenal reserves) he outshines him by far. It doesnt matter to me if Wenger''s made demands that he has to be played, as long as he keeps up his attitude and desire to play for us we are on a winner here. Although i dont think he''s as good as Bentley was at his age, if he performs consistently as he has done he will be a much better addition to our squad than Bentley ever was. i just hope we can afford to bring him back for the remainder of the season. Would be a nice little chrismat present
Lets not get too carried away with Lansbury. Yes he looks a decent player and yes i would like him to stay on for the rest of the season but to start declaring him to be in a different class from Wes (who has been our most classy player over a consistent period) after two games is a bit much. They are  both good players and I hope both stay.
Yeah your right its only been two games, but i would quite happily put my neck out and say if Lansbury stays for the season he will be much more effetive and consistent than Wes- i also think its likely Wes has gone this January, if he still hasnt signed a contrtact something is seriously wrong, best move would be to sell him january or come Jan/Feb he can sign a pre-contract with another club arrange to leave us on a free in the summer- this is my only worry, although if we ever got in the primiership im sure we wouldnt want him anyway, i very much doubt he could cut it in the Prem, which is shame as he is talented. Lansbury on the other half i beleive could cut it in the prem easily ina  couple of years

 4. I agree with Morty.would be nice see some yellow cards get resinded cos there are a ridiculus amount of bad yellow card decisions, however it would undermine the authority of the ref too much. There''s also the problem that if someone got a yellow card early on in a game, he''s gonna spend the rest of it making sure he doesnt get another one (if he has some common sense), so by resinding the yellow card given early it seems to me to be a little unfair, as the chance of him getting a yellow card for the rest of the game is much less likely than those who haven''t already got a yellow card. Basically the yellow card (which eventually gets resinded) makes hes immune from getting another one in the game- thats a stetch to far trying to get them resinded i thinki dunno if that makes any sense in words, works in my head
 5. just seen he''s scored 4 goals this season- preety average return really
 6. yeah it was few years back but by no doubts did i ever think he was a bad player, he was young and a bit of a raw talent.i cant really comment whats he''s playing like now cos i dont know, but cant be too bad if getting some links to championship teams. I just think with Lamberts ability to bring the full potential maybe he wouldn''t be a disaster, but if it''s an attacking player we''re looking for i would much prefer us bring in another ''holt'' like player, but probably someone who still offers something a little bit different, bit of extra height (and speed would be nice- but cant get everything)
 7. Hey all, I been reading posts on here for quite a while, for 2 reason. Firstly just to keep me up date on City news and secondly ''cos it provides a lot of amusement some of these posts. but finnally decided to join up, so dont give me to much shit just yet.Anyway saw on sky sports news that we are aparrently interested in Ian Henderson (dunno if theres already a thread to this or not)http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,12876_6562535,00.htmlI remember when he left us, i wasnt to sure about it at the time, i thought he was always a player who you could see the talent in and had a bright future. I dont remember whether we sold him or let him go for free, so if anyone knows would be great to find out.Anyway to my point, what do people think about the prospect of him returning, would you like to see it, do you think it was a mistake letting him go (or selling him) when we did?
