Don''t panic, i''m sure Mulumbu will be fighting fit in a few months. -
Which exactly why Brady shouldn''t be anywhere near the starting 11. Pritchard came in last weekend and played a stormer. A few days he''s dropped for a player who hasn''t performed since March. -
We''ve got players who are far superior than most in this division. The majority of the opposition we''ve faced this season has been bang average at best. Surely we can only point the finger at one person? Bringing on Oliviera and sticking Wes out on the right wing? What was he thinking? -
The same Brady who''s been diabolical at corners/free kicks since he arrived? Pritchard should be taking them. -
"Would suit me as I don''t personally like alcohol being served at most events"Why? -
Can''t remember who it was but if you''re going to point fingers you have to blame the mis-timed tackle...Martin had no choice but to begin closing down the player in possession leaving "his man" open. Klose done his best to cover Martins man but in doing so left his man open. Rotherham got a lucky flick on and the rest is history. You could argue Olsson should''ve came across to cover but I''m sure he would''ve been leaving somebody open as well. We won the game. So I can''t say I''m overly worried. -
I agree he needs to take a break but with the right help he''s capable of getting himself back on track mentally. -
Like him or not it would be sad to see the back of a British world champion for no good reason.I''m sure every real boxing fan would like to see Fury return. -
I must''ve missed Ruddys excellent kicking and lightning speed off his line. At least McGovern is a brilliant shot stopper which is more that can be said for his rival. As for "command of the area".... Ruddy looks likes a overly excited dolphin whilst defending corners. Flap flap flap. -
You''re off your head Rogue Baboon. Russel Martin and defensive solidity in the same post? Ruddy McGovern Jones Pinto Whittaker Turner Bassong Bennet Klose Olsson Ed Balls Ruddy and Jones playing a double pivot. -
8 million is still a hefty sum for a Championship forward/midfielder. As you said he shows flashes of quality but that''s as far as it''s gone. He doesn''t create/control the game like Wes and he hasn''t scored goals. You need an attacking midfielder to be doing one or the other. -
As Alex Neil said, to be in the squad Naismith needs to perform. If he performs I''m 100% sure the fans will back him. I don''t buy into this "we need to support anyone who wears yellow and green" bollocks. I support players who do the business. -
We should replace the pre-match rendition of on the ball the city with a chorus of booing. 3, 2, 1.... BoooooooooooooooooooooooooToo many happy clappers, clubs in crisis, Balls out. -
You can''t really blame the players for looking lost on occasion. Neil seems intent on changing tactics/personnel on a weekly basis. Obviously we''ve been unlucky with injuries this season but it has been the same story since his arrival. Under Lambert we played fast counter attacking football, under Hughton we played defensive football. What''s Neils style of football? -
So to summarise, Southampton are interested in Brady and your friend likes Nathan Redmond. -
The hotel is marginally obscured. -
It''s to early to say but he was awful today. Failed to create any space for himself and looked lethargic on the ball. Having watched the highlights on channel 5 Murphys reaction after Wes dispossessed him to take the ball forward sums his day up. -
Every first team player at the club has been allocated a number, it doesn''t mean Vadis or anyone else is staying. -
I thought olsson was 23 last year? or am I just imagining things? -
I''ve heard it''s a serious case of Ashtons hamstring. -
Delias probably forgot, clubs in crisis. -
Who will play in goal??Who will play at right back??Who will play at centre back?Who will play on the wing??Who will play central midfield?? Who will play up front?? -
KerianSkikariIf we don''t get promoted at the first attempt the Premier League could soon feel like a distant memory. Ask Bolton fans, Blackburn, Charlton, Leeds, Birmingham, Forest, Wolves, Fulham, Derby, Ipswich.. the list is endless. If it does take us a few years to return I honestly can''t bare to see the club return to days of Delia having to stump up 40k to bring in players like Carl Robinson. Just because we''re sitting pretty financially currently doesn''t mean we should be irresponsible. Of course hopefully McCormack bangs in 30 goals, we walk the Championship and we can bring this thread back up as egg on my face. -
Actually Hogesar what''s even more pathetic is calling other fans pathetic for having an opinion. Personally I feel 15 million is way to much for a player on the brink of 30 who hasn''t played above Championship level. As you say it''s up to Alex Neil but his dealings in the transfer market thus far have hardly been a great success. If we don''t get promoted at first attempt we''ll be lumbered with a 31 year old McCormack on big money and with very little resale value. They say managers live or die by their ability in the transfer market and if Neil decides to blow 15 million on a 30 year old forward the axe will already be raised if things start to go wrong.
