i sat in the furthest block to the right of our end looking towards the pitch, in line with the entrance steps (whatever they are called) about 3 seats from the wall. i agree that maybe my position effected my experience of the atmosphere as all the singing seemed to be more central/left. it didn''t help with the 5 rows below me being completely empty. and yes i agree we need some new chants, but its incredibly hard to get them going if your not the type to stand up and bellow out with the high chance no one will join in. Usually i can''t stand ''Just Can''t Get Enough'' as not many know the lyrics and the majority clap, also every other team in England use it. But yesterday that was pretty intense. OTBC was quite repetitive yesterday also but occasionally was very impressive when were putting heavy pressure on Wigan. Atmosphere wasn''t the best but nerves were probably a factor. i would like to hear more player chants, Elliott Bennetts is class http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vH1CMrCCkD8 -
I''m still awake and am getting a lift down to carrow road in 2 and a half hours! I''m too excited to sleep. OTBC COME ONNNNNNNNNN! -
MK DONS! -
home draw please -
row, i can''t help but imagine you as somebody who sits front row behind the goal in the river end and moans everytime the ball is passed around the back 5. You just seem so critical and seem to have no faith in our team. Oh and here is a link to a video which involves a very good strike in a pre-season game in Germany by your main man Wilbrahimovic, yes him, who couldn''t hit a barn door, even in training....http://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=10150748040740621&oid=133065016766815&comments -

Welcome! i have a love/hate relationship with you guys because you are rivals in the league yet its hard not to admire your players/stadium/style of play.so..QPR have made the big name signings which on paper should really be successful, if not, will be labelled as flops. You, have made good quality signings which fit into your style of play and add depth and quality i believe. However i do think both our defences are our weakness. And we have made signings which inevitably fit Lamberts philosophy and hopefully will come good as did the likes of David Fox for example (£50,000 from col who), there is no pressure on our signings to set the prem on fire and i think that could be an advantage.Good luck! rather you than us go down though lol -
i know that, i was talking about the general performance, not the result. im saying we looked comfortable today. i dont care what the result was today or wednesday im just saying the performance looked good which obviously is going to make me happy. we all know about the wigan friendly prior to col who and hull beat liverpool 3-0. -
yeah ok good point about Martin, yeah i know he''ll be used as cover/back up for wes at the tip of the diamond my bad, still think he could do a job there in championship (but obviously wouldnt risk taking that position up in prem) and yeah i hadn''t heard much about them so im just going by what ive read -
1st Point:Some people had written Chris Martin off but by the looks of things today he could be back with a bang. Looked incredibly sharp today and his link up play looked as if he''d never been away, completely on the same wavelength. Holt/Martin could be a possible option next week. 2nd Point:Done a bit of research on Parma this evening and thy have a world cup winner with Italy from 2006 who played today, and the number 10 Sebastian Giovinco was an ex Juventus player and has been capped by Italy a few times, Biabiany came on as a sub and is as fast at Walcott (according to FIFA stats) and he wasa at Inter Milan last season and featured a fair bit. And finally Fabio Borini, i think he went unoticed today. Maybe he was being played out of position on the wing? Naughton had him in his pocket. My point is although this is only a friendly Parma are a midtable Serie A team and are probably the equivalent to a Sunderland or Everton and we comfortably beat them today without coming out of 3rd gear IMO. they didn''t get a sniff at goal either which is reassuring. Can''t wait for wigan!!OTBC! -

0 because we will get relegated. -
i didn''t get mine because i''m not an away season ticket holder. -
both. taking my mother on wednesday to experience my season ticket seats for the premier league experience, and going with mates on saturday. -
Joanna this thread is about the Open Training Session, not child care. -
i think i''d rather read his match report than look at 3 or 4 links of the same goal. -
neck loosens up after a few wears and washes. There is also a little trick that you can do which is stretching it multiple times to loosen it up. its not a wooden V neck. and yes, the season really does need to start.. -
anyone have any idea when we will receive our tickets? great news but it doesnt really sink in until i see my ticket with chelsea on it and on the day of the game :) -
oh my god hahahahahhahahahahahahahaa! -
was about to make a thread about this! was just reading mine on the loo! actually they do do their research which was nice to read. THE PERCEPTION: Happy-Clappy, banana-coloured relegation fodder who will roll over at the first sight of football overlords like Wayne Rooney or Fernando Torres stepping off the team bus.THE REALITY:A well-organised, physically fit side who will give the Premier League their very best shot at playing cultured football the way the club''s fans expect it to be played. -
No AJ I would of prefered him to swap with Barnett for 20, his previous number at millwall and Leon have number 5
