Yesterdays game cried out for Russell. We needed someone to put a foot in, like we all no he can, even if he didnt show it as much last season. Im not sure if you remember but the season before last, he played well and got 3rd or 2nd in the player of the year standings. That year he was good. If we can get his heart in the right palce he has got to play after the shambles of Gill and Tudur-Jones.
One of the problems with Russell last year was his rash challenges where he put his ''foot in'', giving away needless free kicks and getting him self booked.
Yeah but Russell doesnt stand off players, which has always been our problem, we give them so much space, even at CR. Other teams close us down as soon as we get the ball, yet we never learn and we never do it! -
Drury, as long as he can stay fit, after all he did captain us to the premiership didnt he? -

Boothroyd or Worthington, which i no a lot of people will disagree with, for me! -
For me i have to rate those men higher than a lot of the players who played today. They stood up and were counted for, well done! -
i did not think Gill was our worst player, not by a long shot! -
give them a knighthood for services to Norwich city -
i thought drury was ok today -
Insted of life bans, i see give them the freedom of the city! -
August 14th 1999, at the age of 5. Norwich 0-1 Birmingham. The Squad was:- Cedric Anselin - Jean-Yves de Blasiis - Adrian Coote - Paul Dalglish - Pape Malik Diop - Craig Fleming - Erik Fuglestad - Robert Green - Matt Jackson - Chris Llewellyn - Malky Mackay - Andy Marshall - Lee Marshall - Phil Mulryne - Iwan Roberts - Daryl Sutch. Cant remember for the life of me the scorer though. -
Sign him up! -
QPR away?Wasnt that the game where we battled well as a team and won?but i totally agree with what your saying -
except they play in a competitive league -
Barcelona B is just like Man U reserves -
Totally agree -
Championship''s his level, when he turns up and gives sufficient effort. We all no that, thats what is so frustrating about him.
And today he was excellent, and is a must in the starting line up for next weekend.

Was at the game today with, i presume, his son. he sat in the Jarrold. Nice to see an old player return to watch a game because of his love for the club, although it probably was a scouting mission for Colchester. -
Were going to win the league -
songs got to be sung v Wigan, wasnt against Man U XI, -
yeah, i would [Y]
Come on Gunn...Do the decent thing.......
