1.
I dont know if anyone else has seen but Ian henderson has been released by northampton. He hassnt scored a single goal for them! I have to say never really thought much of him apart from when we went up he done nothing at all for us!
I DID, think he was going to be good, but then as his career went on realised he wasn''t, i wish him luck for the future though :)

  2.
In order to get match fit you have to play games. That is what match fit means. Players should be fit generally, but "match fit" is a term used to describe a players level of fitness when he is fit enough to play games regularly. Players become match fit by playing matches, and stop being match fit when they don''t play.

As I have said before on these forums I have no doubt that Bertrand will play at a higher level than Drury in his career, however I do not think he is the best option at left back for us, right now.

All I am saying is sometimes you have to look beyond the next game. It would be logical to play a young player with potential to get better than Drury, if we owned the player. However, we do not, and it makes sense to give Drury the number 3 shirt.

Having played 1-4 games in a row (I didn''t know there was a specific number of games it takes to get match fit after a long term injury then half a season playing very little football, but perhaps you can enlighten us) I think we would have a happy, match fit, solid left back who can do a good job for us for the next three seasons or more. If Drury contines to be left out, he may want to leave, and a year of not playing is certainly not going to help his long term fitness, either way left back isn''t a problem for us now, but with such short term thinking it''ll be another crisis position in the summer.

In my opinion Drury should play, and Bertrand should cover if we have injuries to either left back or left midfield. Some of the coments Roeder has made about Bertrand make it very clear he is a favourite, as do his decisions. Roeder is paid to make said decisions, and fair play, maybe Bertrand will suddenly play amazingly and save our season, having been given time to establish himself. Who knows? I can only say things as I see them, but I cannot understand your logic. If a player is out for a season injured, surely the only way to get them back to their best is to give them a run of games. Drury hasn''t retired, players recover from injuries, start playing football again. Perhaps they are a bit sluggish at first but after a few games they settle into their stride, and prosper.
Well you''re saying that because he''s a loan player he wont put as much effort in as drury? What a load of bollocks, if thats what you think. If bertrand wants to be a to player, he will need to be noticed, and so to do that he will need to put 100%+ in. Therefore ofcourse he will play to his best, it dosn''t matter if he''s on loan or not.

P.S. I do agree with some of your points, and if Bertrand dosn''t perform to his best standard in the next few games, i would proabably play Drury, but lets see what Roeder does.
Dealia''s said she''ll sell it, she''s not just going to give it away, so get off her back... None of us have a clue about this so leave it.
Why should we?!

PS did she not say she would give it away at some stage in the past???, or was that just another of her dubious statements?!?!
Well if we keep moaning and groaning it''s not going to get better, if we tell her we love her, and ask if she wants the best future for the club, she''s more likely to sell than if we do the old "delia out" malarky`. We dont have a clue, she could be selling it right now, all we know is what the EDP says and thats nearly always wrong now >.<. So yes, i see how you feal but still lets leave it, i feal the same, and i think everyone does... We want the best for our club, and moaning and shouting etc isnt going to make it any better.
PMSL, thank you MWJ, now run along...
AHA! Was kinda'' waiting for that! :)

  4.

We cant afford to loan lita, let aloan buy him... (We''ll find a way with that) So ofcourse we''re not going to waste money on sacking a DECENT manager he will do well enough eventually, we''re getting there, the football is imporving, the goals are adding up... Stop saying sack roeder, he''s not going.
Agree completely. People moan  when we play well and lose and moan when we play badly and win. We are not Barcelona, we won''t get both result and performance all of the time.
Thanks, yes i know what you mean... Why do people expect us to beat palace who are on a 8-game unbeaten run? And then when we loose come out with thee'' olde'' "sack roeder" or "sack delia" or "sack the board", It''s chaotic... All over a AWAY game, that we was clearly going to loose, im just glad we scored and played well.. People expect to much from ncfc, the sooner people put their expectations lower, the sooner they will be pleased, thanks :)

  5.

I have seen Drury in the few performances that he has been allowed to play and he is streets ahead of Bertrand in defending.
F*** off.
Drury is a decent defender, and may well have aquitted himself well, but to say Bertrand was not up to the job on the performances he''s put in is taking the p*ss frankly.
He told you. Drury Isn''t fit, get over it... Stop looking for another reason to have a go at Roeder, It''s bull.

  6.
are there any rmours about reinvestment?
Oh who wouldn''t want to invest in to a club, with fans that moan at nearly every decision the board/manager makes, and when they dont beat a team thats 10 places higher they want the manager/owner out. Lets ask ourself that question again, who wouldn''t want to invest in us?

Thankfully thats just a minor amount, so im keeping my fingers crossed that he will invest *thumbs-up*!
Its harry surieses.  Sorry i have spelt his name wrong ,but he owns a lot of yarmouth amusments.
I heard it was Kaiser Soze who was interested in buying the club.
Yher, great, then we can knock down the hotel and put an haunted house in its place, or do we already have one, known as the Jarrold,
Agreed, but they did make some noise on derby day, aswell as the n&p, they made noise for about two minutes, compared to the barclays 92, but still... Some noise :)!

  8.
Because if so, Come On Forest!.[:''(]
Oh, lets all hope norwich loose eh? That''ll fix it all... No lets not. I''t wont finish roeder, nothing will. It''s to late now, it will all get better eventually...... i hope :S. Lots of people want roeder sacked, but who should we replace him with? And if he''s replaced, that manager is going to be sacked within a year... It''s not going to work out. Roeder has had ALOT of time, but i think he needs a little more, the football is getting better and we''re starting to get goals and results, you guys must realise palace are 8 games unbeated and 10 places or so ahead of us, thats like west brom beating man united, it''s not going to happen. We WILL beat forest :)

no, you see, you still don''t get it. It would have been irony if you had said " I bet there are lots of Billionaires wishing to invest", because we both know this is probably not the case. However you lied and said " I know lots of Billionaires" no irony there, just attention seeking. Keep working at it, you''ll get it right, don''t worry.

ps - Is Max some kind of gimp boy you keep locked up in the basement, so you can wheel him out when it suits to support your view? Let the boy go, he deserves to try and get himself some kind of a life!

Funny, teh fact is your point is retarded and his makes sence, obviously " i know lots of millionairs is irony" as there is very few millionairers in the word, let alone britain. Thefore its obviously irony, Please stop trying to fight a loosing battle !
Billionaires* sorry, typo''s :)
as well as the above mentioned typo, you also got the wrong, spelling it as teh, also sense, spelling it as sence, oh and you spell losing like this, not loosing. but I understand it''s getting late, and you will be geting tired. time for your milk and cookies and then mum can tuck you in and read you a nice story. night night! [:D]
blimey! I must be slipping, you also managed to get millionaire wrong. so let''s just do a reprise here. you were championing yourself as someone who has done pretty well in your exams, right? you managed to get the following words wrong - the, sense, losing, millionaire. not the most difficult words really eh? but don''t worry kid, you''re special...
Sorry for making hmm, 1,2,3,4... Four mistakes out of, 2000 words? If i do my maths thats 500 words per mistake, therefore it''s not too bad. That is your best comeback though, Isn''t it? Oh Mr.moron, you think YOU are special, but your not, just go support a team thats always going to win games, like man united, you''re not a supporter, so leave, please, thank-you, goodnight sir.

    Nice arguement :)

3 Months ago i posted this, stating i was worried. Nothing has changed in 3 months, we''re hearing the same old excuses, time and again.

The only thing stopping us from being even more in the mire, is the financial meltdown of southampton, the uselessness of charlton and the state of Nottingham Forest & Doncaster who are as poor as you are ever likely to see in the championship. Having said that Forests will probably beat us on Sunday, 1-0, we''ll have missed 8 chances and conceded a dubious penalty, and change the record roeder will still say..

"I''d be dissapointed if we''d only drawn the game"
Good points, but we''ll beat forest, unless they get new confidence from sacking their manager... ^_^

  12. Is it 3m for croft+marshall or each? If it''s each! woot! definately, bell could take crofts position, and I''m sure roeder''s "contacts" will help him along the way with a goalie, and lita a done deal, thats made my day *thumbs-up*!( P.S. I''d rather keep marshall and croft, but we need cash for players, and if that means getting rid of croft, who is nowhere near to the *huckerby status* then let him go, hes good at effort etc, but im sure bell would do a good job there, and i''d rather keep marshall, but i doubt we can! :(!)

  13.

If it is true then i say good luck to ''em, even if it is only fifty to a hundred at least it''s fifty to a hundred supporters who don''t have their heads in the sand and can see which direction delia and co and rodent are dragging this club. Who are the idiots, the minority who have had enough and want to let it be known to queen delia that not everyone worships the ground she walks on? Or the 24'' 000 mugs who turn up week after week for whom the board and the manager have no respect for whatsoever?
Spot on Fear of Ambition... and it is still very clear who are those holding this club of ours back along with Queen Delia herself.

Have people like City Angle not found it in themselves yet to hold up their hands anmd admit that they were wrong about absolutely everything over the last couple of years?

It seems that you have learnt nothing CA and this is why so much abuse is given back to people like yourself by those who want change at the club and who are actively trying to do something about it.
Wow, FOA must feal so pleased with smudger backing him!

  14. hmmm, Some wingers need support, ok so drury when hes FIT! but semmy aswell, when he learns to defend. Cort is better in the air than lupoli, you might aswell face the music lupoli wont get played now, if he didn''t play him when we had no strikers, he''s not going to play him when we do. Cort will improve but i must admit, he reminds me of P. crouch... And i dont even listen to his post match interviews, im usually in the bar having a big rollover hotdog :)!!!! And are you muscle man by any chance :)?

  16.
yes i was at the charlton game  and he looked solid enough to me and we didn`t concede where as most times i`ve seen bertrand this season he`s been rubbish,  we`d have been better off keeping mo camara than this joker.. and yes the treatment of lupoli is a disgrace as well , roeder knew what he was getting with lupoli christ even i knew what he was getting with lupoli yet suddenly he`s not big enough for this league , but his goals per minutes on the pitch this season must be the best at the club
If you didnt notice how slow he was, you orta'' get your eyes tested. Yes he is a better defender, but he''s not fit. If he gets fit then I''d love to see him play, but imo he does not attack enough to be a full back. So how can we play lita+court+bertrand+lupoli+drury. We cant play 15 players sorry, some people need to be left out. And lupoli isn''t better than lita, nor hoohlahan nor court, end of..
