  1. Hi guys, hope everyone had a great new year. On the train down to london can''t wait for todays game so thought I''d share a few opinions. I would love to see Holt and Jackson up front today with pilks and Bennett wide I know that means no wes but he deserves a rest and that offers us pace on both flanks and pace and variety up front. I''d go with the same defence and Johnson and fox in the middle I think that be a good team to go with. We need to play like we did in the second half on Saturday and play at a quick tempo and create chances and be clinical in front of goal. My team would be: ruddy r martin whitbread ayala naughton Bennett fox Johnson pilkington Holt Jackson what do people think? Otbc

  2. I remember back in the 01/02 season when we used to get 15-16 thousand every week for the 5 or so years id been going u know the usual mid table nothingness then all of a sudden we started really well and played leicester on a friday night I think on sky and it was a complete sell out and the atmosphere was really good and from that game onwards we have always had big crowds and that game sticks out as a turning point in citys fortunes since Ive been a fan mind u it finished nil nil lol

  3. i think this year we should do there ground over like they bloody did be so funny and if we got promoted at there place that would be absolutely amazing and they would never be able to live it down ha ha poor scummers otbc. The play off final v brum was a great day for being a canary 30,000 plus in cardiff great sight awash with yellow great memories

  4. the everton game from the premier league season sticks out for me. We were so bad in the first half two down the came out second half all over them got it back to two each, hucks was great that day the ground was rocking but yet we still managed to lose lol. Also the boro game wwas epic as was man utd great memories hopefully those days r coming back otbc

  5. I dont get to go to many away games being at uni and money obviously but still have a home season ticket. When I do go home and away games I always sing my heart out every game and love creating a atmosphere and I feel if we r to get automatic promotion we need the same atmoshpere we created against leicester and bristol city and the players seemed to rise to that. But taking 3,000 fans to Hull is great support and if some sections didnt sing that is unfortunate but thats life. OTBC

  6. i honestly dont think there is a weak link at the moment and people will say who ever plays up front with holty is not up to it, jackson tried really hard against bristol city but just wasnt confident in front of goal and against leicester aaron played really well and thoughily deserved his goal. Midfield is very strong and defencively were getting better and ruddy has got better so overall a very strong squad with everyone chipping in so that is great

  7. Hi guys,Im a new poster on here so be gentle lol. Ive been a season ticket holder since I was seven and now twenty one and currently doing a photography foundation degree at Anglia Ruskin in Cambridge. Im in my second year and only missed one home game in that time and been too a few away games just hard with money and that. Went to Nottingham in August and Leicester the other week what a night that was cracking atmosphere. Good point overall on saturday and now we need to recharge the batteries for one final push after the international break. This season has been truly amazing, after coming up last year I felt mid table woule be a good achievement with lots of players having not much experience at this level and what happened this time two years ago. Paul Lambert has shown himself to be a great manager and all his signings have been good and contributed to our success. Crofts has been fantastic in midfield and chipped in with some vital goals and wes and holty have been great up the top end and holty has shown great leadership skills and has starting scoring reguarly that has helped. Shame barnett got injured cause he was playing so well alongside eliott ward and russell martin at right back has gone from strength to strength. Good too see ruddy playing with more confidence and fox has really improved as the season has gone on in my opinion. Lansbury has added a goal threat and wilbraham played really well up at leicester and it is a shame he got injured and missed out at hull. Everyone says we need more firepower but were still second and seem to score in every game it is just we need to be more clinical in finishing teams off especially at home i.e. donny and preston. It would be great to see lambo sign a striker this week to give us that extra push but were see what happens. We cant afford to not beat scunny and then we have the huge game with swansea that im hoping to go to as it will be awesome and we need to get right behind the team from start to finish. My team for scunny would be:RuddyR.Martin Whitbread ward Drury              Fox        Crofts Lansbury             WesHolty WilbrahamThoughts???CheersOTBC

  8. cant wait for sunday going to be amazing, we need to start much quicker than on saturday. The only way well beat town as we should do cause they''re s**** lol is to play well for the 90 munites. I really feel sunday will show everyone why we can make the top six this year. As long as we defend well and ruddy stops making silly mistakes were be fine cause going forward we have some good players with flare and aggression. My team for sunday is:RuddyR.Martin Barnett Ward LappinFox CroftsJackson Hoolahan C.MartinHoltwhat ya think pace down both flanks good passing range of fox and this may suit holt having quick players out wide and of course wes to pull the strings floating about. Maybe surman could play instead of fox not sure. Also ive made a fantasy league on cricinfo for the ashes and would love some peeps to join be a laugh,The code to join is:113100-0e459b3c0036f121cheers OTBC
