  1. The ball was switched to him countless times, he was often in acres of space and because of the congestion in the middle of the park, he was used as an outlet on the right wing. Every single time he got the ball in this position, he put his head down, ran down he line, stopped and either lost the ball or passed it backwards. He was clumsy, didn''t maintain possesion and can''t place a pass. I''m not saying it was his fault in any way, just that I personally don''t like him. Also... Michael Spillane.

  2. I would think it was fairly obvious. He was absolutely, absolutely terrible. I''ve never seen a more inept goalkeeping performance in my life. The only goal he couldn''t have done anything about was the sixth.

Yes the defendng was bad but to be honest, even when the defending was at fault for the third goal or the first, he still managed to mess it up either by missing a smple punch or attempting to run out and thien watching the ball sail over his head.

I don''t post very often and I do feel a bit sorry for the bloke but I''ve never been so infuruated by a single performance in all my years of supporting norwich.

    He MUST be dropped.

  3. The only way Roeder will go soon is if he resigns.

I was in the directors box last week at Charlton and was told, by authority, that they would love to get rid... but simply can''t afford to.

Oh and Delia and Michael were disgusted with the abuse Roedent was getting. I reckon be deseves it 100%.

  4. Shakell did play alongside Mackay in the 2003-2004 season because of injury to Adam Drury and it was these performances that gave him a chance in the side. He might not have played at centre back, I can''t remember, but anyway.

    I''ll change my post.

He has shown he is an exceptional player when playe with another centre back who is actually any good. (Craig Fleming)

In the second half of our 2004-2005 season, Shackell showed real promise alongside Fleming and produced form we haven''t really seen since.

  5. Its simple, we really shouldn''t have sold Shackell.

He has shown he is an exceptional player when played with another centre back who is actually any good. (Malky Mackay)

He didn''t want to go and was slowly forced out of the team by roeder who seems to think Stefanovic and Kennedy are reliable signings.

Eventually, he was sold to pay Sibierski''s wages.
