The groundsman knows where the goal is, maybe worth a try. -
Who does one consult? What qualities are most important? What credentials are minimum requirement? What emphasis should be put on past history?English or not?Is personality relevant? No manager will be every supporters choice so is how important is popularity? -
Don''t worry about NA being the next manager he was only a convenient place holder and did what was expected of him which was not very much at all. -
The players cannot be blamed - How on earth could they play football when their minds had gone on holiday weeks ago and their families were in the counting house counting up their money. -
Whats more they have to plead with me on bended knee if they want me to put things right at Carrow Road -
Have you anything new to say which would interest us long suffering supporters. As one nightmare ends one can only hope upon hope that another is not about to begin. Please do not take easy options for next season and jeopardize the future of our club. -
Agreed, I don''t think our current crop have the attitude and character to get back to the premier league.
I was utterly shocked this morning when viewing the Sunderland-Cardiff clash.Hell, their work-rate, skills, attitude and fighting spirit put everything into perspective with respect to our teams laissez-faire performances. -
Building a new team able to hold their own in the championship takes time of course and preventing another drop is not so easy.My view is that we lack the expertise, connections and reputation to bounce back . -
Bless you Hull.It was not the fat Lady after all then. Was it Chris H singing then.[:D][:D] -
Arghhhhhhh, please no.Somebody shut her up.[:''(][:''(] -
Was Ch & his backroom boys Planted here by our RivalsMakes one wonder after such a transformation. If any peasure at all in losing could ever exist then this match would come under that category.Luv U Norwich, Liverpool were rattled at times. -
Looking increasingly possible.
Only if the basement trap-door fails to open. -
Following on from our death by a thousand cuts (Lord Beecham wrote the script) we will rise from the ashes as did the Phoenix. We will be stronger wiser and willing.Alas! Good people all that will not happen today and sadly the more mature members of this forum may miss the resurection.Eat 5 a day- No Smoking- No Alcohol- Excercise Regularly- Use a Condom. Now pray and hope for the best.[:)][:)]Hope this helps. -
Hope there is more to come as I felt there was an exciting buzz in the team performance.Neil came across as being very involved with proceedings as is expected from a passionate manager.Keep up this level play or even higher and we have a sporting chance. The forwards fluffed again and the new CB pairing showed vulnerability but this can change. At the very least we will not go down in damp squib fashion as in previous years.Top marks Neil, fight to the end we are there to support you. -

May the force be with you Neil and team.We are all behind you whatever the outcome and we know you will all give us everything you have.
How you do know that?
It''s all about giving confidence and belief to the team- that is a fundamental tenet of leadership and getting the best out of the people you lead. The building of a person beyond their normal limitationsHaving a depressing negative outlook without belief or passion poisons the team to act sympathetically.I believe we have endured that for some time now and it''s time to try another way. “Argue for your limitations and, sure enough, they’re yours.” “Confidence is contagious. So is lack of confidence.” [:)][:)] -
and I''m a nervous wreck already.
Let''s hope the players are not feeling the same way CK.More like a blast off than a kick off we hope. However Que Sera, Sera[:)][:)] -
May the force be with you Neil and team.We are all behind you whatever the outcome and we know you will all give us everything you have -That''s all we ever wanted. -
Deeper analysis discovered that of the 20% NO votes that,98.5% comprised family, friends, The indebted, and supporters of opposing teams competing for premiership survival. The remaining 1.5 % claimed that they pressed the NO button in error. -
As she always said to me "Show me that you want it"A tribute to Ursula Udder who sadly passed at the age of 21. -
That explains to me his philosophy whilst here from day one.Defend us from a bashing and grab what is offered.Explain to the supporters and team alike how great the opposition is and how inadequate we all are.We are here by fluke, out of our depth and mere survival will be a monumental feat of achievement.I believe it was either me or General Montgomery who once saidOutstanding leaders go out of their way to boost the self-esteem of their personnel. If people believe in themselves, it’s amazing what they can accomplish. They have the capacity and the will to rally men and women to a common purpose and the character which inspires confidence. -
Guessing you''ve never seen a season ticket - not the easiest thing to "screw up".
LOL I liked that.Guessing you''ve often tried.[:D] -
....who screwed up and discarded their season tickets, particularly the many on Saturday last. Do not despair all is not lost. The spare seats will be reassigned and given to worthwhile charitable events. -
Or is that expecting a little too much?P.S.Mr Mcnally Thank you. -
Well Mello Yello easy to see why men are tempted to stray looking at these brazen lasses. Crikey! Who would have thought the CEO is the only one able to score on match days
The numbness will subside
