Had to share this with you! On my way back from the US, Huckerby was on my flight! So, I knew about the transfer to San Jose, but he swore me to secrecy until it came out properly. I''m in North America at the moment, so, as you can guess, the football news coverage here covers a different sport. I''m just wondering what the general feeling is with people who are watching us play?  Do we look like a side in trouble?  Are the players showing signs of nerves? I personally think Roader is the man to take us forward and we will stay up, have a clearout/big recruitment drive in the summer and be ready to challenge for the play-offs next season.    

I must admit that I think Roeder probably has it right on this one. I was thinking of Akinbiyi and Cureton as the ones we let go for peanuts back in the day... It''s a pity that we''re relying on other team''s youngsters, but if it''s a quick fix to get us through this season and it works then fair enough  

I don''t know how anyone else feels about this, but I was hoping we''d get experienced players in on loan.  I''m not questioning Roeder''s judgement, but it seems to me like he rates other clubs'' 18-21 year olds more than our own. It''s a shame for the youngsters in a sense, but perhaps they really aren''t good enough to be here (Jarvis bros, etc)? Do you think they''ve had enough chances and should be let go? or do you think that would be a big mistake and they would return to haunt us?

I''ve just joined the site, so I''ve gone a bit OTT on postings (2 in 1 night) but, are we actively pursuing a first team coach to replace Hunter? In the traditional ex-Norwich way, there are plenty of ex-Norwich who can coach: Butterworth, Newman, Roberts, Fleck, Culverhouse...any ideas...?
