Yes agreed Salopian, however with the reference to the 1-0 wins, i think that may be beyond us at this current stage, due to the defence. If we sign a cover left back and a comprimising central defender, then i believe we will have a competent enough defencce for that to happen.

What about Eagle? personally i dont think hes near the standard required for a left winger, and for his age, 20, you would expect him to be a little more advanced on the ''youngsters'' in the squad e.g Martin, but he simply isn''t.. thoughts?

Was just wondering what the talent on show was like? From what i hear we were the much more talented side! PG seems to be reluctant to give him a starting place at the moment in time. Ive seen him play a few reserve games in which he has been excellent in. I know its a lot different from first team football but I just find it strange how we spend money on ANOTHER loan keeper.
