1. I was at the game last night and Bally looked top.  Good pace, great skill & a beautiful first touch.  Looks a bit lightweight but I''m sure a bit of work in the gym & a season in a physical league like League 2 and he will be fine.  I couldn''t believe that was his first start for the Dons and their fans are already upset at the thought we will have to come back at some point.

thankyou, i was about to ask who we had got because when i searched one website said rotherham and another rochdale ... so i wasnt quite sure lol.

should get through that one easily, ill probly consider going ...

The website that said Rotherham is probably a bit old now as we went up to Millmoor in the 2nd round last season where those of that went got to see the rare sight of a Peter Thorne goal (anyone know when he scored his other City goal as I really can''t remember?) and I believe it was also Hendo''s last game for us.

Those of you who live in Norfolk are the lucky ones (in more than one sense) - I live among mostly Chelsea and Arsenal fans, and I do get cheesed off with their overwhelming, "head up their backsides", blinkered view of all things football. For them nothing exists outside the top half of the Prem.....

My son gets it even worse, he is the only kid in his school supporting the Canaries - despite the stick, he wears his colours with pride.

So, YES, I do get sick of the top teams.....

Come up to North Bucks, we get loads of Liverpool along with the obligitory Chelsea & Arsenal.

  4. I have a feeling we will do ridiculously well this season and just need 3pts on the final day of the season when the Doc feels the need to talk to the papers about revenge for the final game of last season thus ensuring we miss out on automatic promotion.

  5. I saw West Ham lose to MK Dons last week and they were awful.  Can''t see them beating us if they struggle against a league 2 team that was mostly made up of trialists.  See West Ham''s line-up below which shows the strength of the team that lost.

As for the game tonight, I predict 3-1 to City with Jamie getting 2 of them.

West Ham line-up vs MK Dons

Wright, Spector, Gabbidon, Dailly, Collins, Upson, Ljungberg, Collison, Ephraim, Bellamy, Boa Morte
Why all the fuss what is wrong in playing in the NCFC colours of green and yellow.
Exactly! Grumpy.

Apart from Wolves, and Watford now I suppose, how many teams who we play away, have kits remotely like ours?.[:@]

    Hull (If they stay up).

Also for some reason we seem to use the away kit when we play Burnley, although I have no idea why.

Balls to inferiority complex Cluck. We are going to win. 1-0 City.

Don''t put your mortgage money on it though!

Good for you GJD....and if we truly believe as a team we can win, we have a chance. They may well put out a reserve side on the day and totally under-estimate us...so therefore why not?

I was told as a kid to remember that even Her Majesty the Queen sits on the toilet....so therefore I should never feel humbled by status.

It''s not beyond us by any means...but I seriously question our guts and that is what may beat us on the day.

I thought she was into colonic irrigation?

Anyway, just checked on bet365 and see my prediction of 2-1 to city with Safri scoring first gets odds of 1600/1.  Worth a few quid me thinks.

Just saw Dion on Newsround while I was writing this   : )

Grant needs to focus the players on the positives.

Hucks, in the form he''s in at the moment, can unpick any defence anywhere. All defenders hate pace and Terry isn''t the quickest anyway.

Dublin, whether at centre half or striker is imperious, and if a ball comes into the box, he''ll always win it in the air, over any player Chelsea have.

Marshall is a solid keeper and they''ll have to create some good opportunities to beat him.

Safri can unlock a defence with one pass.

We''ll probably still get tonked if Chelsea find any form, but there are areas on that pitch where we hold an advantage. (i.e. the first two examples above). With luck on our side we have the potential to at least worry them.

I''d have to agree with that, but just remember it can all be undone with a little bit of Dickson''s lazyness.

Having said that, I haven''t found an interview with Doc saying he''s out for revenge this week so i''m quite positive about upsetting Chelsea.
