1.

No good brining any rock music to the game mate!!  [;)]

U all need to calm down, its just a bit of fun for the fans to enjoy, if you are really that against it just don''t go, or don''t join in with the fun!!

Why do i get a feeling you are going to be the same people asking us to be seated thoughout the game so we do not ruin it for you!
Why can''t people like you just have ''fun'' by just being at a game and singing cheering for the team ? What is it you think, that dressing up in stupid costumes, wigs etc and throwing around inflatables, brings to the occasion of Southend away?

Do you think the team will walk out on the pitch and look over to the away support, see the inflatables and think ''look at all those inflatables,I''m so proud to play for a team that has support like that'' or will they possibly think ''inflatables - what the fcuk is that all about?'' I think I know which is more likely.

I would love you to explain you and your ilk''s mindset to me,but I suspect I still won''t get it because I don''t have the mental age of a ten year old!

HAVE SOME DIGNITY FOR F***S SAKE AND LET THE CLUB AND OTHER SUPPORTERS HAVE SOME TOO!
Wow. If that''s not an over-reaction to a joke thread about inflatables, then I''d hate to see what is ...

I can''t believe somebody would care that much about inflatables. Bravo, that is truly incredible. A fantastic argument about such a world-changing and life-affecting topic. I bow down in your greatness.

If anybody is pathetic, then I''m afraid its you, sir.

F.A. Carling Premiership League Table - 1992/1993 Season

    What do you think?

I think that not only do you give pointless facts put you''re also able to be patronising too!

He is right though , lol. It''s pretty obvious if we finished third that we did win at least one away game.

  3.
Yeah, well what you get with russell is certaintly a very open, honest player and of course a big part of his game is winning tackles and breaking up play like he mentioned and for me this season he has been superb....BUT

Week In / Week Out I always wonder if he''s gonna get sent off, as soon as I heard there was a brawl I immediately imagined russell to be at the centre of it, he could have easily  been sent off once or twice this season and must continue to work on his temperament

However not one to end on a negative, lambert has got him playing in a very good role, he protects the attacking 3 brilliantly and as long as he can avoid the match suspensions and continue his form he might even be in contention to get a place in the top 3 for player of the year....which incidentally this year could at last prove to be a worthy award to win after the dross 3 years where we were scratching around to pick a name out of the hat.
At the game it seemed to me as if Russell almost had no choice. Their player put in an awful challenge on him, in which anyone would react angrily to, and so other Brighton players jumped on him. I don''t feel that was a case of Russell being a ''liability''.

  4.
Tom Soares, choose sheff wed over us
I very much doubt it. Not with Russell, Smith, Lappin and Hughes playing so well, and Gill/Tudor-Jones waiting in the wings.

I so hope it was Adomah, because at least it means our manager is interested in him. Him and McNamee would have been a dream. However I bet it was Seabourne.

  5.
Having seen many Peterborough games last season, reading many reports and listening to other posh fans i can give you one word that describes him well, s**t. He is a defender that can''t defend, he is constantly getting skined. He offers very little going forward, and is very slow. The only reason he was captain was because the normal captain Craig Morgan was injured and because Darren Ferguson was in love with him. Every posh fan wanted him out of the team, thankgod fergie was sacked because obviously Mark Cooper has some sense. Thankyou so much for taking him off us, thankyou.
Ahh, so the man who somehow took you to two consecutive promotions from League two to the championship rated someone, and we should trust your opinion over him ... why?

Just the fact that you appear to be happy to have got rid of Furgeson shows how little you know about football. That is possibly the worst footballing decision I have ever heard. (unless, of course, it wasn''t a decision and furgeson left for other reasons ...) He will go onto bigger and better things. You, on the other hand, will be going back down the leagues to where you belong.

  6. I think that was an excvellent peice of management by Lambert. It''s not that he simply wouldn''t consider anything under 8 million - it just keeps other teams away from silly offers, that may unsettle the player. If anybody wants to put a bid in now, the chances are it will be a very decent price, rather than an undervalued one. Therefore, if the player was to get unsettled by a bid and want to leave, at least we would be making a nice bit of money out of it.

  7.
Dreadful today, he''s just trying to do too much again. Against the likes of Tranmere etc. he can showboat and play his games, but not against the better teams. People on here talk about him being worth millions, we should bite of Middlesborough''s hand if they offer £500k.
Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.

    That is all.

I''m willing to bet it will also be the LAST time you use club Canary travel too.. you actually get there at least an hour before kick off, plenty enough time to get a couple of pints down you, but you know, we can always exaggerate and pretend you only get 10 minutes.

oh an by the way, take some loud music to drown out the moody old farts who can''t handle it if somebody sneezes, coughs, moves or makes noise in any way [;)]. Also, if you''re under 18 years of age, beware as they automatically hate you as they do tend to stereotype youngsters.

Play the sweepstake (it''s a silent game, they don''t mind this), don''t tip the driver (dropping coins onto coins creates noise), and pull Gus''s moustache (who is a bit of a hero should you get on his bus) - but make sure it''s only lightly as if you pull it too hard, he may squel in pain, creating yet more noise.

    It''s a good job it''s just a short journey ...

  10.

Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button winning Formula 1 in consecutive years
I don''t think Formula 1 is a sport.
Well I''d like to see if you are fit enough to be a formula 1 driver. Somehow I don''t think you realise how fit you have to be to be able to race like the likes of Hamilton, Button, etc. Formula 1 is certainly a sport.

Agree with a lot of comments on here.

    Winning Rugby World Cup,
    England 5 Germany 1,
    Kelly Holmes'' gold medals,
Team GB Cycling at the Olympics,
    David Haye heavyweight champion? perhaps,
    Winning the Ashes (2005?)
Amir Kahns silver medal when he broke onto the scene?,
Hamilton becoming youngest ever person to win Formula 1,
    Jenson Button winning Formula 1,
Winning the bid for the 2012 Olympics in London (still counts as a ''sporting moment'')

Thats the best 10 I could think of.
