Runningsore can feel safe now that the tricycle gang have duly assembled......Everyone ring their bell to let him know he can come out now.
Just because a group of people share similar ideas, doesn''t make them a gang, or wrong.I''m sure plenty on here are perfectly capable of coming to their own conclusion about your incessant trolling and posting of deliberately polar opposite views just to stir up arguments.Your routine of :-1. Post contaversial view.2. Pick argument.3. Cry "Oh noez, forum gangs"4. Deliberately suck up to certain other idiots to garner "support"5. Slink off once you realise everyone thinks you''re an idiot.is wearing quite thin now.
If your interpretation of what ''trolling'' is, is the injection of humour, valid opinion, individualism and controversy into any given debate, then thank f*ck for trolls! This place would be defunct if it were to left to people all of the same mindset - would you be happy if nobody differed in their views and opinions?
Some people are better at it than others, you deliberately wind folks up, but on the whole also have valid, well thought out opinions. Cluck lives in a strange fantasy world where he has decided there is a nasty gang of bullies here, and its his job to bully them in turn. Once in a blue moon he''ll post something sensible, but on the whole its just silly name calling and idiocy.
You bully me Morty? Don''t make me laugh.......Last time I checked we live in a democracy and while others may not agree with my angle, any amount of effort by you and your bum chums to control  my opinion is a waste of electricity...... your electricity.Besides which... exactly how old were you when the Robert Chase saga kicked off? 15 or 16?... so you were probably still struggling to spell your name at that stage let alone understand the facts of the matter. Couple that with your half brained side kicks and I wouldn''t think you''d amount to an idiot all put together.Save the tough guy crap for the new posters you chase off while busily protecting your little domain. It''s wasted on me I can assure you.

  2. The fact remains... Robert Chase gave City fans many great players and many wonderful years of unparalleled success, then only to be cast aside like an old cap by a ridiculouly over expectant, over-hyped fanbase. Never given a chance to redeem himself he is now shamelessly considered (by hear-say largely) a pariah.Followed by Delia Smith.... parachuted into the club after once following Ipswich...then after taking the club down to depths unseen for 50 years, she gets the chance to get lucky. Psuedo-administrators appointed and Paul Lambert and Grant Holt somehow save the cook''s blushes to give us Premier League football... only to get treated like dirt in return. Sounds familiar?Do we hear any discord regarding these same owners who cocked up before?  No.... it''s all Paul Lambert''s fault and Grant Holt is a Judas for simply wanting what he is due. Strip out the club loyalty element and it all stinks to high heaven. Still.... I''m sure Robert Chase is having a little chuckle about it all..... and why not eh?

Just pick on the negatives why don''t you, Cluck - oh - I see you do.  Why not try looking  beyond the end of your beak for a change.
I''m a realist not a dreamer......It''s high time a few of you started remembering that NCFC is a business and not your best friend.... and Delia Smith is just a businesswoman not a surrogate mother.
I''d have Hoddle, with David Icke as his #2.

Hilarious if he''s even being considered....A nutter of the first order.
Comments like this just show ignorance, I''m afraid.   Its the kind of stuff people resort to when something they don''t understand comes along.   How about looking at his footballing record and try to understand his philosophy?   If you''ve learnt anything from the last three years under PL you will have seen how philosophy is one of the most important factors in being successful.     Or perhaps you would prefer a manager who just lays into his players at half time effing and blinding.   "Get out there and get into them you effing useless cnuts"  Yeah, that really works, doesn''t it.
Grow up sonny. He''s yeaterdays man. He''s had is day and blew it big time. A complete nutter who would allow the national media to make us the laughing stock we''d become before Lambert came in and sorted it out.Delia Smith AND Hoddle at the same club? You''ve got to be joking right?

If Robert Chase had been Chairman right now....
We''d have the best stadium in the Unibond Premier League.
Be fair, we never reached the third tier of football under his Chairmanship.
Selling off all our players, putting Megson in charge... if Chase was still Chairman today we''d look back on the glory days of League One.
Based on what?Hounded out by the clamour to get a celebrity on board, compared to Smith and Co. being allowed to drag City into the Third Division for the fist time in 50 years?Smith just got lucky and it ain''t gonna happen again in her lifetime... so best she buggers off now before the rot sets in again.

  6.
You''re presuming Holt will stay in the prem!

Personally, i see him going to Leeds, Colin loves him - Board probably still want Snoddy to join. Holt''s back up north finishing at a big club.

He''ll score a hatload, win them promotion and become a Leeds legend within a season, probably end up getting a final few years at Carlisle.

    We get Snoddy too! ;)

    Just makes sense to me.
Good post.

  7. And given that his goals secured us the massive windfall of the Premiership then why the hell not let him take £1mExactly....A years grace payment to Grant Holt would be the equivalent of just a couple of months wages for a 15 goal striker at any other Premier League club. This is going to reverberate round the whole of the football world and no player worth his salt will want to come here and be treated like dirt.I say good luck Grant wherever you go as it''s certain the fan''s there will have a new hero to cheer on.... and hopefully appreciate rather more than our small minded Delia City FC.

You seemingly are desperate for a post from me Nutty for some strange reason, so here are my thoughts:

From South to Watling to Chase to Jones......From MacAulay to Bond to Brown to Walker to Lambert....From Bly to Cross to Dehan to Sutton to Holt....

The one thing that remains constant is Norwich City FC.

Whilst there are a dozen people to stand at the side of a pitch OUR club will still be there.

The club belongs to the fans and not the individuals that pass through, they are only fleeting shadows that leave a mark, some for longer than others, but still only fleeting.

For those that support our club from the terraces, on the internet, on radio or just from the newspapers or word of mouth, that support remains WHOEVER is in charge, managing or playing.

We have gone through periods of success, mediocrity and abject failure; we have lived through hope and shattered dreams. The one constant being our support of our club Norwich City.

So get a grip, if Holt goes someone will take his place.  Lambert has left then eventually a new hero will emerge. Supporting our club, like any supporter of any club, will take you through that rollercoaster of emotions, that’s what being a football supporter is all about.

Those emotions and that support, we hope, will still be felt long after our place is taken “at the side of the pitch” by the generations to come

Enjoy the success when you can, moan at the failure when it happens but whatever may befall our club will always come through.

What we fans get really peeved at, is when these people treat OUR Club with little respect. We all pay into OUR club, in a various ways, so in my eyes, it will always be OUR Club..

These people (players/managers etc) come in, we pay them well, we give them a great platform to perform on, and all we ask is they treat us (fans/Club) with the respect any right minded person would deserve. When that minimum request goes belly up, that''s when we kick off. You are right, current managers/players/employees, will be long gone one day, but Norwich City will still be here, as will our support.
You are totally deluded if you think NCFC is OUR club. It''s Delia Smith''s club and everyone within football circles and the media knows it.Someone said on here recently that no one individual should ever be bigger than the club. Well.... clearly he''s missed the boat by about 15 years and this performance in watching Paul Lambert and iconic striker Grant Holt getting trashed shows it.

  9. He is an amibitious manager and obviously wanted to improve on this season''s 12th position. The board refuse to back him financially and match his ambition so he leaves for a club that will. If i was lambert i''d have been p****d off aswell after everything he''s done for the club. Do you blame him? Sound familiar?

Very similar indeed.....But the Deliarite short memories and delusional memories have lost the ability to lay the blame where it belongs.

  10. Had Paul Lambert left with the overwhelming goodwill of our supporters, any new manager would have had to work miracles to fill his enormous boots.Given what''s happened however, I suspect the new man in the chair won''t feel anywhere near as much pressure to actually become Paul Lambert and so may be allowed to plough his own furrow at CR.

  11. In these uncertain times job security will be upper most in Culverhouse''s thinking. If he follows Lambert to Villa and they make it a success he''s a winner. If however he follows Lambert and they flop he can expect a hefty compensation pay out. It''s a no brainer, especially as he won''t be blamed for any failure. Once out of a job he can then look to strike out on his own in the lower leagues and try to make a name for himself..... if indeed that''s what he wants to do.
