Proved me wrong too i thought we''d get well beaten tonight. Flipping marvellous result lads. -
Heavy defeat - 1-3. Which will heap massive pressure on to the Stoke game. -
Not the first time we''ve been luclustre in the first half then is it ? Another two defeats and we''re right back in it again. I can''t wait for this nightmare season to end ! -
Hey come on guys lets just get mathematically safe from relegation this season before we start thinking about next. Still a fair bit of work to be done. -
ooops its that old devil called c*ap defending again. Please, please Granty sort this out for next season....high time somebody did. -
Agree with the majority of what you say except when it comes to our defence. Our relentless ability to ship goals at crucial times has been our achilles heel for the best part of three seasons and this has been chiefly down to the defence. Curiously, you want to retain the likes of Drury,Shackell (would keep),Colin and amazingly Docherty (who''s been truly awful this season). Can you explain this more because i find this totally unbelievable???. Surely, the only way we can challenge next season is to assemble a completely new defence and start from scratch (and this obviously includes a new goalkeeper). -
Welcome back WEst Ham - another game in the south for me so i will be happy when they go down ! -
Ok....good point to a certain degree. But didn''t we let about 2,000 goals in (ok ok slight exageration i know) with Green in goal for the last two seasons. I agree the goalkeeping position is crucial and Gallagher is not good enough and must be replaced but what about the bafoons in front him...aren''t they in need of replacing too ? darn right they are IMO. -
Poor decision. So a last minute 3-2 win against Luton and all of a sudden all is wonderful in the world again ! What happens if we lose 4-0 tomorrow will all of a sudden be back on a again !? This typifies the fickleness and weak resolve of City fans i''m afraid.
Do you want this current board or not ? make you''re mind up or end of .
-
Sorry can''t agree with that as much s i''d love to see it. Do you honestly see us chllenging for promotion with that defence ? Dublin can''t play every week and the rest have proved that they are virtually incapable of keeping a clean sheet. The only chance we would have is if we wisely spend the derisory left overs from Earnies inevitable transfer on some shrewd buys. Most importantly though we need a whole new defence they''ve all had their chance and they''re all absolutely useless ! -
Agreed we must enjoy this moment and salute the lads - however the deep rooted problems remain at the club i''m still bracing my self for a bumpy ride between now and the end of the season. But hey tonight has been massive and its something to build on. Well done city. -
I agree we should be in p/ship but try telling that to out lily livered board. -
I''m still running round the house punching thin air...i''m enthusing over the fact that at last we showed a bit of Norfolk grit out there tonight as well as the three qualities in the title. Did we... those who went.....did we ????? Now for Barnsley but please please please noooooo Gallagher. -
I''m clapppinn you LLLaapppinnnnnn you beauty !!!!!!!!!!!
Lets set aside all our differences about the state of the club for now and just bloody enjoy this !!!
-
2-2 shacks ! come on lads big push now. -
And some of you predicted we would keep a clean sheet....with Gallagher in goal what planet are you all on !!? -
3-0 Luton.
Don''t you lot ever watch Norwich away !
-
I''m afraid the five things you mention bare all the hallmarks of a bad side. Since we went up to the P/ship we have made dreadful signing after dreadful signing. Sooner or later it''s all going to catch up with you and this is what has happened to us.....we are a very bad side. How do we turn round..???.we can''t not in the short term. There''s a common saying in football that "a good side doesn''t become a bad one overnight" I''m afraid the same applies to the reverse which is Norwich City FC right now. -
Theolster....Thank god someone like you has come along and finally got things moving. I don''t expect many Norwich fans will have the "b*lls" to join in even if they empathise with your concerns but hey its a start. Expect a torrent of abuse to come your way though from the blinkered majority !
I''m coming to the Stoke game on the 17th and will happily take part in any demonstrations that you may have organised for that day.
We''re a soft touch because of this board. I wonder how many managers in this league look up when they''re playing good little old Norwich at home before any other team ?? we''ve become every clubs easiset home game of the season !! Its an utter, utter disgrace !!!
-
I''m sorry but he doesn''t ''hold the ball up well'', not at all.
I''m prepared to give him a chance but...on his performances so far, he''s nothing to write home about and he gives the distinct impression of someone who doesn''t give a monkeys.
Not impressed.Woudn''t say he doesn''t give a monkeys he''s just not good enough - end of.
-
Well my Dad tells me that this is the worst City side in 50 years so you really shouldn''t be too surprised by that. -
I''m a fraid Grant is out of his depth and has been from day one. Another nail driven firmly into the coffin by our wonderful board....thanks Delia now go !! -
Earnshaw''s injury has meant that Brown is on a hiding to nothing in some people''s eyes as they think he should be banging in the goals
He''s a striker - isn''t that what he is paid to do !?
-
He''s all flicks, little layoffs and to be frank very little else. Trust us to buy a striker who has no idea where the back of the net is ! I''m afraid this club has completely lost its way as far as being able to pick out decent player is concerned. Why Sunderland reserves for goodness sake ? It was obvious he was going to be at best very ordinary.
What would you put in Room 101?

Rob Mcaffery - Mind you would have to put him in a straight jacket first.
Andy Murray
Paul Gallagher
Worthy
Gavin Hendson (but only coz he''s S*gging Charlotte Church lucky bugger !)
That really weird weather bloke on BBc1...is it Daniel Corbett !?
