1. Well...Some oldboy shouted out..."How long til first goal then?"

    Gorleston goalkeeper said..."20 mins"

    He didn’t last 20 secs.

1st goal…Kick off...Lathrope dummy going back and then bombed forward

with ball...knocked inside to Chadwick....cut back to

    Lathrope...shot...deflection goal....All within 7 seconds.

    Highlights..

Hoolahan looked...well, incredible. He got a pen, set up next goal with a beauty of a  pass and his goal

was amazing. All within 40 mins. His goal - Took a player on…came inside…quick one

two…one on one with keeper and did a cheeky roll back and walked it to

    the line. Amazing.

He came off to the biggest clap all night. GOD knows how we got him. Must have some wages.

Hucks replacement? Nothing like Hucks pace…but good at getting back and

comes inside more. Better final ball than Hucks too. The best player on

    show tonight. BY FAR.

Lappin was awful.. Got to go. HE was at fault for their goal…Their winger, scored their goal, with a headband like Will Ferrell tore

    him apart.

1st half no-one really shone. Martin looked his usual snobby up nosed

self. Scored a good goal tho.Compared to last time…Chris Martin is

    built like brick poo house.

LOADS of new coaches I don’t recognize. Including some big fat guy – new Dave Carolan but tall and fat.

    Any questions?!

  2. Surely, you don''t go to the papers and meet with someone just to have t shut down after ONE meeting. Let alone a football team he supports....So....Ok.  They met. They agreed to the takeover. However, it will take 2-3 months to complete the paperwork and get things in place during which the transfer window will be shut, so they announce that it is off so they wont pay silly prices for this window.Sort out details.Announce take over...Jan window opens.Pay silly prices in Jan.

    Yeah?!! YEAH!!!:-(

Its quite simple if you ask me, Cullum actually a Norwich fan who has made his fortune by being a brilliant businessman, but is no longer motivated by money.

Evans, arms dealer and asset-stripper who couldn''t give a damm about Ipswich FC, will actually leave them totally in the brown stuff when he has finished with them.
This is the sole fact we must remember.  He isn''t a Forgeiner in for a quick buck, he isn''t faceless name that wants the cash of a prem football club in five years only.He is a local Norwich boy, done good.  VERY good. He isn''t gonna run away.  He knows the players, club and history.

Ahh... spreading rumours about 1 of our young players.. how big of you guys, you might as well frigging post it on here because you''ve messaged it to about 50 people whom i''m sure will spread it around the ground.. whatever it may be.

I guess it''ll be bullsh*t though, we get good young players and we try to tarnish them as with what happend to Joe Lewis too, many of rumours i heard about him which weren''t true.
Yeah!! I agree.

Can someone PM me too please?!

  5. “There’s not much out there?”

“There’s not much out there?” Worthington has said on many occasions to us the fans on the subject of bring extra players.

“There’s not much out there?” Isn’t there? Are you sure, Nigel? Because it seems every day a Rival Championship has bought a player that I have thought. ”Hmm, he would have been a good signing.” Or “Wow that’s a bargain” But our signings seem to be? “Who?” “Why” or “God no”

I talked about The Calculated Gamble last week in my column and if you read what I wrote you would have seen I believed we needed to make one. That is spend CASH to bring in QUALITY. A few days later, the words Clinton, Norwich and Fee Agreed pops on Newsnow.com and we’ve bought a player. Hurray! A week later, he has signed for Palace. BOO! But what have we learnt from this? One Don’t trust Steve Bruce and his weird nose and more importantly we have at least TWO MILLION QUID in the bank ready to spend on players!

So why haven’t we spent it?

The idea of spending isn’t difficult. You spend a pound on a pair of shoes, you will get ones that don’t fit brilliantly, let water in and they won’t get you into that amazing nightclub everyone wants to go to but they do a job, they keep your feet warm and safe. But spend £200 on a pair of shoes you get a snug, great looking, named pair of shoes that will last a long time, give you respect form others and more importantly get you into that Nightclub.

The same goes for football players; we can sign cheap or free players all day long. They’ll go a good enough job, but they won’t get us where we want to be, the Nightclub and of course by that I mean, The Premiership.

Another big factor in signing a young, expensive player is the investment. Ashton is already worth double, maybe triple what we paid for him, we all know deep down he won’t stay with us for a Testimonial, but when he does leave. CHHURCHING!

To sum up, all us Fans want that one big cash signing for Norwich. It would strike fear and respect into other clubs and fans and bring us what we all want. Wins. The club have a bubbling money pot running about, and the player is a rich man. Sop everyone’s happy!

“There’s not much out there” Oh there is Nigel, but you’ve got to open that cheque book and pen.

  6. Strange you should say that, I went to FL when Norwich won the Champ last year.

I was walking along and I saw a Norwich fan wearing a shirt so i ran over and said" Hey do you know the score!! He said yes!! we can a mini celebration in Magic Kingdom!!

Two Norwich fans, total stangers, 10,000 miles away, jumping up and down. Beautiful.

    *Wipes tear*

  7. I have no idea why Shacks and Doc wasn''t played together once.I remember when Doc played in Defence we tighten up slighty and he looked a good player. He is a ROI international for pitys sake!!We let too many goals in and i can count on one hand the number of good games Flemming played this season.
