I believe mathematically, nothing is not something (zero is not a number), therefore the answer is no.
Mathematically zero is a number; in fact, it is a real number.  It is the exact midpoint on the number line right between 1 and -1. You can add, subtract, and multiply with 0 and get real answers. You can divide numbers into zero and get a real answer, zero....
Ooops. It has been 25 years since I did Maths A level and it did take 2 goes to get a D. [:$] Not like these days when you get a C just for turning up! [;)]

So does that mean we should play Cureton?
Haha. That would depend whether Gunny and the management decide that the "nothing" JC offers is of more value to the team than the "something" that the other strikers are offering [;)]

  5.
I see us playing all three in midfield (Hughes, Gill, OTJ - with youth players pushing for chances), then Hoolahoop behind a new target man and one of Cureton/Martin/Cody. Although not sure about Fatty (back up when play four across midfield?) and Lappin (back-up when play four across midfield and for drury?)....
Then Whaley for right side of midfield when play four (away), Lappin/Fatty on the left, with one of Hoolahoop/non-target man striker and one of OTJ/Gill missing out.

If you have sky tv just pay the upgrade for one month and cancel it after the game or if you have no sky at all find a friend who does!

Sorry I meant to say thanks for the response as well, where are my manners [:$]

Hedgeing his bets is my guess..............or, in other words, if City go down, I''m off.

Well heres news for you fat boy, you''re replaceable...............bye!
As said on another post I''m not sure we can blame him entirely - for the most part of this season he has been the only player to show any heart.

Don''t get me wrong I''d rather everyone bled yella and green and signed regardless of situation, but if he signed we went down and he again found himself to be in the minority caring but in a lower division.... well I know if it were me I''d regret my heart over head decision.

    Also, "fat boy", really?!

    YES WE DO

He is an excellent championship player, who would be even more effective in a successful team - particularly with the more imaginative movement we''ve shown up front of late.

I believe Carney to be a good player who offers something different, but by no means does his performance immediately make Croft surplus to requirement (this season, or longer term as is only on loan).
How do you know this? He is a headless chicken that struggles to pick out obvious un-imagainative runs! What chance does he have of picking out clever ones?

I fully agree with the original poster!
A lot of our the season pre-gow/mooney our front men haven''t even made the unimaginative runs!

I''d suggest that if he is an attractive proposition (free yes, but with inflated agent fees and wages....) to teams who have been rather more successful than us this season he is not as bad as you think!

  10. My best mate is a scummer and we sit in home end at portaloo rd and carra on derby days, normally north stand at the former (4 out of 5 times) and have been fine - I just don''t make a noise. Stand when they stand, sit when they sit, cover mouth with jacket to mime on the ball city....

    Easy [:)]

lol..........I''m sure you know there''s no offence intended.

Haha, yeah I know it was only a joke. Even worse would be the suggestion that they worked in portman rd
