  1. I honestly could care less about the scum going up, as long as it’s in 2nd. Nobody remembers the runner up and we’ll get to have a go in the playoffs without having to play them.

Then it’s a win win really. If we go up, fantastic, it’ll take the gloss off their second place. If we fail to get promoted, we get the fun and excitement of the championship whilst being able to laugh at them from afar getting spanked every week. Plus we get our unbeaten run extended to 16 years by default.

    No drama. Can’t lose really.

Because of the poor technology used we don't know that he actually was offside, just that in the individual frame used, he may have been.

    Exactly this.

Where is the evidence that this was the position of both players when the ball was kicked? What constitutes “when the ball is played”? Is it when contact is made between the passer’s boot and the ball, or as it’s just left the players boot? Or in the case of the Pukki “goal” when the ball was two feet into its journey? How can you have an offside rule working on such fine margins with so many variables.

It’s a joke. That goal yesterday, was just that - a goal, fair and square. There is no legitimate argument for it being disallowed and every football league, and premier league club should, this morning be writing to have VAR scrapped or at the very least have its use completely reviewed and overhauled. Disgusting.

I feel savage about it and I have no allegiance towards Coventry whatsoever. God knows how I’d be feeling if this was us!

Are they more important? Football is supposed to be about glory. Which do you think Portsmouth and Wigan look back more fondly on, their FA Cup win or the few mid table top flight finishes?

This is why I wish we’d put more effort into cups. The money shortfall is shortsighted in my opinion. A cup success generates capital in other ways other than tha prize money and not just financially either.

  4. Today, I feel a pride in our team that I haven’t felt in a long time. That’s down to those players and management. They fought for that game the way we all would have done if we could. Too many man of the match players out there to choose one for me.

Thanks lads, even Monday at work felt good today.

  5. Today I feel was a watershed moment. We experienced real unity at carrow road for the first time in a while.

I doubted them, have doubted them and I am sorry for that. I was wrong.

Credit to all of the players, David Wagner and the back room staff. That was a hell of performance.

Credit also to the kitman for putting up with baring his ar$e and belly.

    Onwards and upwards.

Definitely. Even just snorefolks commentary brings it back with pics in my head.

Worth watching just for the snake spit overspill and the random guy that jumps onto the advertising board, falls over and casually tries to “cool it out”. Good times

Guilty by association it is then?

Just because he has an issue expressing himself accurately and in a way that doesn't at least suggest prejudice, it means his wife is the same and as he doesn't hold a position at the club, she should pay the price?

All because this clearly means Stuart is evil and that means Zoe should divorce him or leave?

I mean we're a few days shy of April fools and a long way of May Madness...

That’s absolutely nothing like what I said but you know that. I just think this club needs a fresh start at boardroom level, and Zoe is part of that. My opinion only of course, but I never was comfortable with the pair of them working together at this club.

Im sure they love each other though and I wish them a long and happy marriage.

Not exactly. He's already officially left.

A company can let you go, they still have to pay your notice period. He's no role at the club, he's no position at the club. The club is just honering it's contractural obligation. Consider it more a severance package.

But his wife is. That’s a worry. This club really needs a clean slate at the top end as soon as possible.

  9. My dream scenario, I put out on here before would actually be to see them sneak second, then we take the gloss off their celebrations by wining at Wembley, then next season (and this is the really unlikely bit) see them do an “us” in the premier league whilst we do “Brentford”. That’d be amazing.
