  1. I lucked out and got my current season ticket (for our return to the Premier League) in November 2010, when we were enjoying a decent start to our Championship season and promotion was not guranteed. This after going to most home games in the League One season.

So you could say I started out during our upturn. However, I''ve never booed or had the inclination to because times aren''t as good. Some of the football was tripe under Hughton and I''d like to see us do better, but I have no desire to jeer or abuse players. Booing can be justified if there is a totally unacceptable performance, but booing for the sake of it seems churlish. Booing the manager in his second home game was nearly a farce. And I felt for Whitts after being cheered off by a large number - how do you think he felt?!

  2. My advice to the grumblers - either get off your ar$se and actually go to matches, pay for the Canary Player (which is actually a pittance) or follow via the web. Put up or shut up.

Following your club is all about going to the games, enjoying the atmosphere and banter and feeling part of something, not sitting at your computer!

  3. You could have just started a post complimenting Neil, instead you had to bring Adams into it to prove a point and get a dig in. Classless.

I''ve visited this site for a number of years without posting, however just had to register to challenge this silly post.

    LDC -

Under Hughton, backed him all the way, even when the majority turned. Criticised others for creating a ''negative'' attitude. Still maintains confidence in him.

Under Adams, clear agenda. Didn''t give him a chance, revelled in failure. "I told you so".

Hypocrisy summed up with viewpoints on two managers, or maybe someone doesn''t like being proved wrong!
