Ankles50 0 Posted December 29, 2006 Ok not talking specific players names here but as we languish in 17th in the CCC i personally think it''s unlikely we will be signing 1. Premiership squad fringe players of teams with a very good first 11 & bench so they cannot get a game (i don''t mean aging journey men wasters by the way) 2. Young rising stars of either Premiership or CCC teams 3. Quality, first name on sheet players of other CCC teams It has only taken 1 & 1/2 season to take us from just relegated, could bounce right back, Earnshaw signers to what i believe is a percieved also ran, mid table fodder, safe but boring, little club (Which falls in line with the boards perception & ambition anyway)It''s little surprise to me that we are looking north of the border for signings.....
