We currently have a defence leakier than an OAP''s bladder (conceded 9 goals in 3 games now) and a lot of that has been down to a lack of effort - players not tracking back to help full-backs, players not being tenacious and brave in challenges (Martin could have helped prevent two goals yesterday if he even tried to put a challenge in), players not moving to make options for the ball. Because of this we look slow, weak in defence, and weak in attack. Changes need to be made by the manager but players also need to take an equal share of the blame. grefstad 0 Posted January 17, 2016 Really?The signs have been there for a while. Even the wins vs Villa and Soton were not exactly top notch performances. We looked sluggish in both those games, but got results. In the Soton game, much due to Wanayama''s red card.Looks like the team needs a winter break in Dubai or something.
