Of course we will get behind him. Every game or appointment doesn''t need a rallying cry. We are all fans. -
Hahaha always one with the rallying cry! -
He would''ve also learnt a lot in the Championship with Watford. Lambert hadn''t pulled up any trees in the lower leagues until we came along. -
To me it seems Zola is 3rd or 4th choice. He''s out of work, if the club really wanted him they could''ve met that deadline and appointed him last week, but they clearly favour other candidates. Zola will get it if the others don''t want it.Let''s not forget, Lambert hadn''t achieved too much at League 1 level before Norwich came calling. -
At the time of their release from the club, we had no use for them and did the right thing in releasing them. They wanted to build careers for themselves and we were holding them back. We did the right thing and I don''t think Martin, Adeyemi or Smith would''ve made that much of an impact on our squad next season. Not enough of an impact to warrant keeping them anyway. -
I don''t know. None of us know. -
Hahaha this is getting f ucking ridiculous. -
This message board is so boring. Yet I continue to post on here. Not sure why.I think the board want someone who is holding off on accepting. -
I''ll forgive you anything, Ginja. Anything. -
It''s most likely Malky, as if it was Lennon, we''d have heard rumours coming out of Celtic for days before now. Certainly not Lennon, in my opinion. -
Just having a discussion, Ginja. Not everything has to end up in a petty squabble, friend. -
Wiz, you need a girlfriend, a wife, a job, just something to make you less of a waste of space. Seriously. -
Not whining at all. -
Gunn did the same after he was sacked. Said he''d have gotten us in the League 1 Play-off''s. Both Hughton and Gunn are/were deluded and are both best of out of our football club. -
Seeing as they said that on Monday morning, I''d expect an appointment today. -
I do understand your points, but why put a deadline on yourself when you don''t really need to. It raises expectations, the board are already under the spotlight, it was a needless thing to do. Not meeting the deadline, whatever anyone says, does look a bit poor, ill-prepared, unprofessional. I''ve got no problem whatsoever with waiting, we all just want the right man, but it does annoy me when deadlines are set and not met, especially when they put that deadline on themselves completely needlessly. -
Exactly. Don''t mind the wait at all, just want them to make the right decision, but don''t state a deadline publicly, then not meet it by a few days because it just looks a bit poor. McNally, for all the brilliant things he''s done here, has been quite surprising over the past 12 months. You get the impression some of what''s gone on at the club wouldn''t have happened 3 years ago. -
I agree. -
Probably wouldn''t take place in Norwich. Most likely in London. -
Don''t think the interviews would take place at Carrow Road. -
The board needn''t have set the deadline of ''within a week''. I have no problem whatsoever with it taking longer, but just think why set the deadline in the first place, then not meet it because it makes it look like there''s a problem, perhaps when there''s not even a problem. At a time when the board are under the spotlight, why would they set themselves a silly deadline, then not meet it. Perhaps signs (I might be wrong) that we are losing our way a little bit. -
Like Morty said, he leaves himself wide open to criticism if he mentions it, yet remains on the same wage himself. -
Very true, mate. -
Wiz - you seem like a vile human being. Someone with nothing about them whatsoever. The fact that you say you watched your first game in 1957 makes it even more embarrassing that you''re actually above the age of 18. I had you down as a frustrated virgin. You''re pathetic, mate. NCFC doesn''t need fans like you.
