Get rid of him. -
Not happening now. Benfica release statement to say RvW "not part of their plans". Well that''s sh*t news -

How do you know this, Simmo? -
Everyone''s on holiday, I imagine. -
@ Haggerdoo - Based on the fact that the club would never just sell him for say £3-4m after spending £8.5m on him a year ago. That''s awful business. They''d rather keep him until someone meets an amount they deem acceptable. -
I can see him leaving for about £7m. No less. -
Benfica reportedly want RvW according to Paddy Davitt via Twitter. Don''t know about you, but I can''t wait for this player to leave. Him still being here is a constant reminder of the awful season we''ve just had. Get him gone! -
Oh and to answer the question. I think Ipswich will mount a decent challenge, as much as it pains me to say. -
I think we''ll be a bit like Blackburn on our return next season. Hate to be negative, but can see a disappointing bottom half finish, like the one Rovers achieved when they went down. A goal scorer like Rhodes doesn''t guarantee promotion, so even if we keep Hooper, we need to build a good team around him. I know this is an obvious thing to say. My prediction next season is 12th/13th place. We will keep getting quite close to the play-off''s (like we did under Roeder that season) but in the end, we will end up someway off. Adams will keep his job because we keep getting close to playoff''s (like Hughton kept his job when we were 3 points of mid-table but in reality we were a million miles away).I think we''re in the Championship for a good few years to come. -
I feel that Pochettino won''t be able to take Spurs any further than Sherwood, AVB, Redknapp etc. He''ll be sacked and off back to Spain within a year, I reckon. Serves Levy right. He should never have sacked Harry. -
-
I was feeling so negative about everything until I read this... -
Holt - no. We had his best days.Culverhouse & Karsa - depends what they did at Villa to get the sack. -
After watching QPR just gain promotion, I''d love to see us at Wembley and do the same. Would be a great feeling. As the Chairman has already stated, Neil will need a quick start next season.I just hope he can bring in some good coaches to assist him. The Foley move being voted by the board is a worry. -
Definite no to Holt. Unsure on Culverhouse. really depends what he got up to at Villa. -
Derby will go up. Harry will resign shortly after. That''s my prediction. -
I''ll admit that when Norwich officially confirmed Neil Adams as manager, I was livid, gutted and very pessimistic about our chances next season. I wouldn''t say that I''m now excited beyond words, but after watching the press conference, I now feel a bit more at ease with the appointment. Whilst Neil doesn''t have to sell, I think players like RvW, Fer, Snodgrass etc will be leaving the club, which should see us bringing in enough money for Neil to use when signing his own players.I feel that the appointments of Neil''s assistant and first team coach are more important than the Technical Director''s (probably Ricky Martin) appointment. I was devastated when I heard Steve Foley might be coming back as first team coach. Delighted to hear that likely won''t happen now. Once saw Steve give a talk about his job when he worked under Worthy. It was frankly embarrassing. Very amateur. This morning, the weather where I live was torrential rain and dark clouds. Now, it''s started to lift and I can see blues skies and glimpses of the sun. That sums up my thoughts about the Adams appointment. Sorry about the sickly, cringeworthy analogy there. -
Sorry, didn''t realise. Rarely look at the homepage. -
Just looking for the link, mate. Not an argument. -
Sorry if this has been posted before, but as the title suggests, does anyone have a link to the press conference in full? Thanks in advance. -
The TD will be Ricky Martin, apparently. -
I think he ships out our "star" names and perhaps pays good money to attract players. He''s not going to attract players on his name, like a Lennon, Mackay or Zola would''ve done. Whilst Neil is the cheaper option, we''ll have to pay for that cheaper option somewhere down the line and that might be with bringing players in. -
Well Neil Doncaster''s old office number was: 01603 218 707. Not sure if it still works.
