Myra Hindley walks across the dark and windy Moors holding the hand of a young boy. He turns to Myra, crying, and says "I''m really scared". Myra turns to the boy and says "You''re scared? I''ve got to walk back on my own". -
In a week where they''ve said they will announce a new manager, I don''t think it would be just a regular board meeting. -
You say this with no knowledge, Wiz. You say it as a way of making it less disappointing to you if it is Adams. -
No chance of Warnock. I''m saying Sherwood as manager, but not knowing exactly what a Technical Director does makes it a hard one to predict. -
It''ll be a Technical Director apparently. Whatever that means. I would imagine it''s this appointment that''s holding things up. Not the manager. At this late stage I''m going for Sherwood as manager and someone foreign as Technical Director. -
I think they will ask for more time. Or not ask, but tell us they need more time. That will be the outcome. The manager will be named next week. That''s my prediction. -
I have no past that would suggest that you''d hold any stock in what I''d say here, but I do believe that Malky isn''t keen on this job. From what Michael Bailey says and my own belief and knowledge on Malky, that he and Neil Lennon are not in the running. This would suggest:Zola, Sherwood, Garcia or Adams. Bit of a sorry list. -
Haha, made me laugh too. How times change. -
*sighting -
A friend of mine, a bit of a knob to be honest, says that a work colleague of his saw Tim Sherwood at Sprowston Manor on Wednesday evening. He was on the phone in the lobby apparently. Really hope it isn''t Tim. Even if this citing is bullish*t, it''s enough to worry me. -
I know a great Myra Hindley joke but i don''t know if this is the right audience. -
LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOKI''M LOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNEEEEEELLLLLYYYY -
I always felt the Norwich/Celtic family thing was a bit cringeworthy and never particularly cared about it. That said, I have no ill feeling towards Celtic. The previous poster summed it up perfectly.Celtic are bigger. They have more fans. There''s just more opportunity here. -
I''m hearing it''s between Lennon and Lennon. Simply put, it''ll be Neil Lennon. -
I firmly believe that things will start moving quickly very soon. I don''t think Malky wants this job. I think Lennon does. I think it''ll be Neil Lennon. We will start hearing things within the next few hours I reckon. -
I don''t believe you. That''s my decision. -
Did they really have to put a deadline on the appointment? I know we all wanted a quick decision but this might come back to bite them. I don''t think many would''ve complained if they''d said ''A new manager will be announced in the next 14 days''. I''d have been frustrated to have to wait, but also understanding of the process. -
Agree with a previous poster. It''s something I''ve been saying all week too. If it was Neil Adams, he''d have had the job for a few days now. I don''t think it will be him. -
Always preferred Lennon, but never thought we''d actually get him, what with being a Championship club again. Usually, like at Notts Forest, people rule themselves out by the day if they''re not interested. A lot of people did it with that job, Malky being one of them. So far, nobody we "seem" to be interested in has ruled themselves out. That means, in my opinion, that all the rumoured candidates are interested. Lennon, Zola, Malky. All interested, but perhaps with Lennon and Malky, both waiting to see what other offers come their way. -
I don''t think I''ve communicated with Wiz before, but after monitoring his posts for a while - pretty sure he''s not all the ticket. Pretty sure. -
I doubt whether most of the people who voted for Ralphy actually knew who he was. They just liked the look of a different option. It was more a way of saying ''we''re not impressed with Lennon, Malky Adams etc. We want something different''. I don''t think it was a vote for Ralph, more a vote against the usual names. -
Tomorrow I reckon. -
I think the club want to announce something tomorrow. I believe the manager is in place (Adams), but they''re just waiting on finalising details with the Technical Director, whoever that is. -
It''ll be a Technical Director.
It's Friday
