I doubt he would go to Norwich he is learning his trade at hibs and has an excellent record so far this season building a very good team. I reckon if he does move he will have his sights set at a bigger club and why move from a club that is doing well currently in a champions league spot even though the probability is that they will qualify for uefa cup.

Poor decision if your board do choose Duffy. He is an excellent coach but has a poor record as a manager currently standing with two clubs managed two clubs relegated (Hibernian and Dundee). Probably alrite short term while looking for a replacement but i doubt i would choose him as a long term manager. Still he might turn out alrite if he does become manager but going on his record so far i doubt it.
