Leave - All The Loans (Lee Stay) Clingan Russell Croft Marshall Team For Next Year: Rudd Lappin, Doherty, Stefanovic, Otsemobor ?????, Pattison, ?????????, Smith Lee, McDonald
Oh I can''t wait to watch that team, I hear ???????? did superbly in the Azerbaijan 2nd Division. Sad thing is you''re right, we''ll have to sell all our decent players (or just boot them out like Fotheringham) to cover the finances, and who''s going to want to come and play in a club that is in a downward spiral with no end in sight? We''re not even gonna be able to get a decent manager in so will have to stick with Gunn. Eurgh, the whole day is leaving a sick taste in my mouth (or is that the cigarrettes now that the stress has made me start again?)

What the hell is this cr*p? Why are we never able to step up when it''s most important? Where is the Norwich that we all fell in love with gone? Why did my dad let me support Norwich when all my more sensible friends were supporting Man U and Arsenal, he should have forced me to be a glory supporter for the sake of my health.

Hey, anyone know of a pub in London or Newcastle that is likely to be showing our game instead of the Newcastle game on setanta? I''m aware that this is almost an impossibility in the Toon, but is there a Norwich pub in the big smoke?
Bit of difference there, either Newcastle or London. So if there is no pub in Newcastle showing it, you will go to London? Cool.[:O]
Nah, if you''d read my other posts you''d have realised that it''s my brother who''s in London, and me in Newcastle
-
Just in case anyone else is like me and stuck in the toon on Monday evening, my sources have told me that the bar in Eldon Leisure Centre (above the shopping centre) doesn''t have Setanta and therefore should be showing our game. And should also be easy to get to the bar as the geordie''s will all be off watching their own relegation battle. -
I''d never really understood this phrase until this season. Don''t think I''ve ever been more nervous ahead of a football match. -
It would be good to be playing the toon next year, and I don''t see Shearer saving them. But I''m not as confident that we''ll stay up, the Reading game is gonna be tough, and it wouldn''t be the first time we''ve slipped up on the last day of the season. Anyone remember Fulham? -
and thanks Paul Moy aswell, obviously -
Thanks alot Tim! That allows my brother to watch the game. Now just need to find a geordie who''ll allow me to watch the game instead of the demise of their own team :p -

Anyone at the game tell us how he played other than the fouls?
See the'''' how did Alan Lee play thread ''''
Guess it was his first game for us and he wanted to prove his commitment to us so maybe went in a bit rough but don''t we need a played like that upfront?
A bit rough I can deal with, but blatently fouling is just stupid. -
How can you guys condone this sort of behaviour at our club? Isn''t telling someone to "**** off" a bookable offense regardless of whether "to france" is added? We don''t need players getting sent off because they don''t like the players they''re up against. The elbow was stupid enough.I don''t know how they do things at Palace and Ipswich, but Norwich should never condone cheats. -
Same old scummer, always cheating.I also saw the highlights TV. While he seemed to have an alright game there were at least two occaisions of him elbowing someone in the head. That sort of play isn''t going to win him any fans. If I''d been the ref he''d have been off the pitch, and I''m usually as partisan as the next bloke.Anyone at the game tell us how he played other than the fouls? -
Franchise Football, Just Say No! -
Because he''s franchise scum. What the FA did to Wimbledon was probably the worst thing they''ve ever done, and sounded the deathbell for football far more than Man Citys £100mill bid for Kaka ever could. Anyone who can associated themselves with that club, and worse yet actually win them promotion, should be shunned by the entire footballing community. -
Its job done for me. She wants me or she doesnt? if she wants me she has to realise i have 24,000 fans behind me.Im norwich throiugh and through i dont add to the rumour mill. Last rumour i entered was true- koroma to norwich from portsmouthwatch this space. I personnally want Ince.
Please dear god not Ince. Franchise scum have no place in Norwich. Never Forgive, Never Forget! -
Also isn''t this the "Chiristmas Tree" formation that Mike Bassett tried in ''Mike Bassett: England Manager''? Or was that 3-2-1-2-1-1 :P -
Our defense is shaky as it is, this''d just put too much pressure on them. Grant used to try and play with two wingers and we always got sprung on the break. This team would look amazing going forward when it worked, but more often than not they''d leave too much space behind them and we''d ship even more goals than we already are. -
Didn''t the same thing happen last night? We had Skybet et al halting bets on the position, which caused everyone to say that we were definitely going to unveil Boothroyd today. Except that didn''t happen and they were taking bets again today. I say there''s nothing necessarily in it. -
Mmm it aint rocket science. They are having a go at Rodent and all their comments are correct. They are also hoping that we will be one of the clubs on the relegation trail to keep them up and with Rodent going they fear we may pick up.No, they haven''t got a hate factor with us unlike we have with Wolves!!
About that, why do we hate Wolves so much? Never could work that one out, I mean apparently we play for the friendship cup everytime we play them (although I think I read this on Wikipedia, so could be country-rap). -
I wouldn''t mind him. He did well at Watford, they both know the club, and Malkay''s well loved with the fans. We could do a hell of alot worse than that duo. Problem is we don''t have amazing players, so whoever we get needs backing and time to build. We''re becoming the Newcastle of our division and it''s not good for team morale. -
Heck No!!! Franchise football, never forgive, never forget. Anyone who helps the Frenzies get promoted can crawl back into the money grabbing swamp they came from as they have no place in football. -
If Paul Ince comes within 10 miles of Norwich I think I''d disown the club. He deserves to burn in the pits of hell along with all of the franchise scum. It pains me every time I see that we''ve loaned/sold another player to the Frenzies, we should stand up for real football and against franchising.I personally want Marcus Gale, but he doesn''t have enough relevant experience to be considered. Out of that list I''d choose Keane, so that he can kick our players up the proverbial. -
Meh, if he''s anything like his brother it''ll be all hype and no product. Quite how Sean has kept Bentley out of the england team is beyond me, he can''t cross the ball which, for a winger, is pretty poor. -
I totally agree, I don''t see the point in changing it. They are talking about it as if the crest is just part of a branding exercise. Well I say Norwich City FC isn''t a brand it''s a way of life. A new crest won''t attract more supporters, investors or players, all it will do is help break the spirit that the club has. They brought the new crest in because there was controversy over a changing crest that was sponsered by esso, surely they should''ve learnt from that experience and realise that the supporters want history and continuity and not brand loyalty.
IS THERE ACTUALLY ANYTHING GUNNY CAN SAY AT HALF TIME
