    " I question the course choosen through the salt marshes, maybe it was not even on the flight plan. "

    The local residents state that the helicopters fly over regularly so it looks like this was a normal flight..

    "Still no news of any black box found in that small helicopter, must be really hard to find."

    It''s not a small helicopter at all and at the moment it''s in several hundred pieces. The priority in the tricky conditions is to remove the bodies (under the control of the coroner) then the investigation as to the cause of the crash can start. With live ammunition scattered over an area the size of a football I don''t think anyone can blame them for taking things cautiously.

    "Bird strike on helicopters is not heard of as their main rotor moves horizontally..."

    There have been several fatal helicopter accidents due to bird strikes on windshields and engine ingestion.

    "The place is strewn with live DU ammunitions..."

    The Pave Hawk, depending on the variant, is armed with 7.62 or 0.50 calibre guns. High penetration rounds in these calibres use tungsten projectiles not depleted uranium.

    "The media is holding back on reporting the full extend of flooding and nobody dares to ask questions as to what this has to do with global warming..."

    Apart from the flooding being the lead story in all of the MSM and also this;

    "Sorry JG, I was sure it was Olsson at the time but you seem to be right with Garrido. I thought his passing ability complimented Snoddy and Fox superbly well. He could play in that midfield position IMO.

    I don''t take notes so apologies if I sometimes get the wrong player or events out of order. I aim to give those who cannot attend more of a feel of the game rather than strict accuracy in the details.

    I shall endeavour to improve."

    Absolutely no need to apologise Ricardo, you are one of the posters I really admire on here and it''s the first time I have noticed a ''mistake''.

  7. Nice Report Ricardo but;

    "Olsson showed how it should be done with a cross that found Ricky in a similar position to Bents first half header. He did everything right with a powerful header that looked destined for the corner. The difference was that while Bunn had lost his position, Stockdale stayed on his line and produced a most wonderful save low to his right. Ricky just needs a goal the rest of his game was superb."

    Was that not Garrido that supplied the cross?

    "Compare that to BJ and Howson who dally on the ball before passing it, or Tettey who solely keeps possession with a 5 yard sideways pass."

    Not sure that BJ and Howson dally on the ball it''s just their vision and range of passing is not as good as that of Fox. Tettey, deployed as a DM and feeding the CMs or FBs is our best use of him.

    We could get away with playing two central midfielders if they had the best attributes of LF, AT, JH, BJ and DF combined but then we would have two £15m players on our hands. Fer is the closest we can get to the all rounder CM at the moment but he still has to develop. It''s not a Jack of all trades needed in the Premiership but a Master of all trades.

    "Well at least he can actually pass the ball in the right direction, with the right weight and too a City player."

    But he actually has to have the ball to do that. In some circumstances that may actually mean tackling the opposition.

  10. "The ecology would not change to a great extend as the water will still ebb and flow, just through l;arge turbines, the salinity might drop a little but not by much and birds will still be attracted."

    All the major wildlife protectorates are strongly against this scheme. It would spell disaster for every creature that uses the Wash.
