    "The board already have the perfect excuse for when we sell our best players this summer."

    They don''t need to sell anyone. If we do it''s because it would be pointless and counterproductive holding onto an unhappy player.

  2. McNally;

    "We wanted to go through a proper process, and Neil was always part of it. We looked at the market, we put together a short list, and Neil was the outstanding candidate."

    "There was no consensus among the fans. Whatever the outcome, people would have asked questioned it, so we had to assess the candidate on their credentials."

    "I think Redmond refers to not having to track back

    Problem is when u play for a poor team (Norwich in Prem) everyone has to defend to give u a chance of a result, when u play for a good team (England U21) no need to come back

    He will have more space & time in Champs - we must keep him."

    Chelsea are a good team and Mourinho pointed the finger at Hazard for not doing enough defensively.

  4. According to the stats he played more games as an AM than a playmaker whilst at Bournemouth. With only three assists and no goals for a mid-table team I would suggest that his wages could be spent better elsewhere. We are looking to get out of the Championship, not consolidate.

    LOL, cheapskates.

  6. The problem is in that none of our players are the complete package - we have four central midfielders which, put into a blender, would just about come close to one Steven Gerrard. This is the same all over the pitch I''m afraid - Snodgrass is too slow, Redmond has no end product, RvW is too lightweight, etc., etc.

    "About time McNally and the Board showed some contrition and returned to having a little humility towards the supporters.

    The Club used to show the fans respect and not the opposition. This was reversed in the last two years and needs to revert back. The same is required from manager and players as a whole. Russell Martin and Neil Adams have lead on this and we need to clear out those who haven''t got it in them.

    At least the tone is being got back on track which is a good start. "

    Another load of anti-club shit from the binner.
