    I think there are 600ish away season ticket holders, leaving 1400 im sure most would have given there friends the 10 stubs required, 10 stubs is pretty much guaranteed.Money will leave accounts mid week by friday eveyone should know! in group 2! then over to group 3!!

    I know a few Norwich fans living locally that have secured tickets in the North Stand through some online purchasing system. Anyone know about this? Has it been debated?

    There was an Arsenal fan behind us in the North and that got pretty nasty after we scored. We might not be Millwall or Leeds but I''m pretty sure any Norwich fan identified / celebrating / even sitting quietly whilst in the North is going to be in a whole world of trouble.

    Bearing in mind I know of three separate ones that have managed it, two of which will sit quietly and say nothing and one of which will probably die that day as he will find it impossible to keep quiet if they score, the Police should be far more concerned by this.

    Ipswich average gate is 17000, there is no reason why they couldnt have offered us more tickets, 2000 is a joke! they are the masters of there own destiny and will have to mop up the mess!

    I agree with the pressure, not sure if its a hindrance or advantage, time will tell it seems this team enjoys the pressure, gonna be an exciting last 8 games. I just hope its automatic promotion!

    Pacheo is indeed a better option than CMS given the patient, passing game we play. No chance of getting him on a permanent of course, he''s far too promising.

    I don''t agree.  He has proven himself in Div1 no doubt but that is very different to the Championship where he managed only 10 in 43 games last season. That is poor.  

    [/quote] 1 in 4 for a team for a team who finish bottom in his first season isn''t bad. While Vokes got 6 in 37 for Wolves who were Champions. Since then he has managed 2 in 27 and 8 of them games were in League 1. If CMS record was poor what is Vokes?[/quote]

    Ill give you Grant Holt as an exmaple..... CMS is class, but Fry and his happy troop are having a laugh with the price, im still excited about these 2 coming in!

    He signed from Barcelona in the summer of 2007 and initially played for Liverpool reserves, before his transfer to Liverpool, Pacheco enjoyed a reputation as a rising star in the ranks of Barcelona''s youth academy. Such was his ability to score goals from almost any position, teammates nicknamed him El Asesino (The Assassin).[3][4]

    Pacheco made his first start for the Liverpool reserves on 5 February 2008, against Bolton Wanderers. He scored the first goal of the game, a low curling shot past Ian Walker. In April 2008, Pacheco made a 50-yard pass to assist Krisztián Németh in scoring the only goal of the game against Blackburn Rovers Reserves, which secured the Premier Reserve League North title for Liverpool. On 7 May 2008, Pacheco, who came on as a substitute in the second half, threaded a through pass to teammate Lucas Leiva to score the third and final goal in Liverpool''s Reserve League final victory over Aston Villa at Anfield.[5]

    He made his first team debut on 9 December 2009, as a second half substitute for Alberto Aquilani in a UEFA Champions League match against Fiorentina.[6][7] His league debut came just over two weeks later on Boxing Day when he replaced Aquilani once more in a 2–0 home win over Wolverhampton Wanderers. On 18 February 2010, Pacheco came on as a substitute in the 75th minute for Aquilani in a UEFA Europa League match vs Unirea Urziceni, six minutes later he provided an assist for David N''Gog when he headed a pass back across goal for N''Gog to score the match-winning goal.[8] Pacheco completed his first 90 minutes for the club in the Europa League Qualifier against Rabotnicki, on 5 August 2010.

    On 10 August 2010, Pacheco was handed the number 12 for the 2010–11 season, previously worn by Fabio Aurelio, who was handed number 6 after he resigned for the club.[9] On 23 August, Pacheco played the last few minutes of the 3–0 league defeat to Manchester City at Eastlands. He started in Liverpool''s UEFA Europa League qualifier against Trabzonspor and their opening group game against Steaua Bucaresti, Liverpool winning both ties. On 2 December, Pacheco started and played 89 minutes in Liverpool''s return group game against Steaua, the score ending in a 1–1 draw. A day later, Liverpool Confirmed that both he and Martin Kelly had signed contract extensions until June 2014. On 15 December, Pacheco came on as a second-half substitute in The Reds'' last Europa League group game of the season, a 0–0 draw with FC Utrecht.

    At the 2010 UEFA European Under-19 Football Championship, Pacheco scored twice in Spain''s group match against Portugal. He then went on to score another goal against quarter final opponents Italy as Spain qualified for the semi-finals. He went on to score early in the semi-final against England, a game in which Spain won 3–1. They then lost the final against France 2–1, with Pacheco making an assist.[10] He won the Golden Boot at the Championships after scoring 4 goals.[11]

    No w we are seconding guessing the deal which we dont know..... the city website said we put 1.5 down with 1 as add on''s. I can only base my opionion on this! The facts stand wilbraham and Jackson aren''t cutting it at the moment, and i would have every midfeilder in front of them. But i cant argue with the team performance i just wnat us to push this last bit... I have faith in Lambert and what he decides ill accept!

    So in that situation you feel somebody like CMS would have done ? If you are stating the players Lambert has signed are not good enough you are indirectly slating Lambert. It has passed a lot of people by that the old guard have gone now and this is Lamberts team. From the old guard he only felt Holt Hoolahan Lappin and Martin were good enough to retain a first team place. The current team Ruddy R. Martin Ward Whitbread Tierney Lansbury Fox Crofts Surman Jackson Hoolahan and Holt ( the 12 main players ) ( and dont forget he was trying to sign Holt before we did ) are 10 of his signings.  Should we not go up what we have acheived is amazing, however lots of you alreaady seem to be loading your guns pointing at the reason for not getting promoted was that we did not have good enough strikers. Do that IMO at your own peril because I reckon if people start moaning if we dont go up Lambert will walk. This team deserve our support 100% whoever they are as it is them who have acheived the near impossible.

We could only dream of being in this position at the start of the season! we are here so we need to push....Facts stand Jackson and Wilbraham have only scored 1 in 30 od games, they arent good enough and although i wouldnt want to dampen there spirits they could not step in for Holt....its an important time and no time to trail players that arent good enough.....we have to push for the prem and remember we are here on merit and we are good enough...so lets do it!     Firstly your figures on Wilbraham and Jackson are incorrect and I dont really see where I have missed the point. The reaason we are not miles clear in second is the amount of goals we conceed at home not the amount of goals we score. My post says they deserve your support whoever they are not you dont support the team. Can you really think of anyother teams fans that if second in the championship would slate all but one of their forwards. IMO Lambert is trying to sign a forward due to injuries. Signing CMS now may get us promoted no garuntees but could you really see Holt and CMS scoring enough goals to keep us in the premiership ?  Football is a team game and it really does not matter who scores.

    This is not about slating players this is about being good enough to play for a team... crist these guys get 5-10 grand a week! Jackson 31 games 4 goalsWilbraham 13 games 1 goalThese are facts, we are in a position if we paid 7 million for CMS it wouldnt matter, the point is 2 million is there for players if we didnt go up we would pay the extra! You have to risk at this stage.....No one is arguing we havent got a class team.. i just want the best out of the next 9 games! CMS with his work rate and 27 goals and his assists is the bit we need.
