1. When we have been in trouble before the Stowmarket 2 have imploded example being

    1) appointing the catering manager Brian Gunn

    2) appointing the radio commentator Neil Adams

You just know what is coming next which will be Nepotism Tom as the new manager and their is jack all we can do about it

  2. The difference between you and I Alex is that I am all about the club and not the personalities

If those running the club, managing the club, playing for the club are not on their A game and working effectively for the club then my stance is always to get shot and trade up.

I have only sentiment for the club not the likes of the Stowmarket 2 they will go but the club will live on.

Understand that about my thought process and you will understand my posts

As Tilly says I do nearly every game home and away and a lot of the under 23 games, I am at the fanatical end of our supporter base and with seeing all those games come knowledge

If we thought club rather than people we would have less argument on here. I am not trying to wind you or anybody up I just have a different perspective from you that is diametrically opposed to yours

So 7 million inherited the rest built up by them. Mismanagement of the club resulting in relegation to the 3rd tier compounded the issue

Remember prudence with ambition. Nothing prudent about building a stand that nearly bankrupts the club.

They have been lucky with Lambert and McNally without them we would have been royally screwed
They had no choice. The council refused to issue a safety certificate effectively closing the stand. Next!
Close it then temporarily but don''t bankrupt the club it''s really not rocket science!

  5. Morty/nutty

The point of all of this is that the Stowmarket 2 got the club into a position where it nearly went bust. They struck it lucky with Lambert to get theM out of the hole.

That said having to pay off the huge debt they built up has hindered the club ever since

All roads lead to their poor ownership. It''s sad but it''s the truth

  6. I accept many of your points his record is ok but it''s not good or great this Calander year

The club is stretching itself keeping this squad together and the gamble has to end in promotion or we will have financial issues.

My point is he is ok but we can and should do better especially when there are better candidates that are available now and free

The football is boring ala hughton.
