Barclay seats 4849 the 3rd 0 Posted January 17, 2015 I was extremely sceptical when his appointment was announced ,, but very quickly I am beginning to think that it might have been a master stroke !Early days , but he certainly comes across very well indeed , and I like his rhetoric , a refreshing change from " there are still plenty of games to go " after a bad spell , to " at this point , we can''t afford to let those above us to gain ground , or those below to catch up " a small shift in tone which I think makes a large change in the psychological side of our approach .
