One Swan does not make a Summer!

Recommended Posts
So to rather prove my point about most managers winning their first game in charge - 7 out of the last 10 City managers won their first games in charge, including Hamilton, Rioch and Worthington FFS!

With 3 of our next 4 games at home and the other away very winnable how many points out of a maximum of 12 will Alex Neil need to convince you he''s the real deal?

8 or more will convince me.
13[:D]

Forget swans, swallows, housemartins, ducks etc - the chickens have come home to roost this afternoon.

Neil''s short honeymoon period is over.

The good news is some of you will now regain a sense of proper perspective on where we actually are:

We are outside the top six because there are six or seven half decent sides such as Brentford and Watford who are more consistent than us.

Our players are overrated unfortunately and not only that they believe themselves that they are better than they actually are.

We probably do have the best squad in the division BUT teams like Brentford, Ip**it, Derby and Bournemouth are above us because they have a much better work ethic and do most of their talking on the pitch as opposed to in the press on a Friday night.

"Our players are overrated unfortunately" ....

"We probably do have the best squad in the division "

Thank you for conclusive proof of how wise your first statement was.

It''s swallow by the way, not swan. And no, one swallow, does not make a summer and one bad performance doesn''t wipe out 2 good ones either.
