No ambition, no blame, no boo''ing "where are the fans" he asked.A caller that showed exactly what is wrong with this club, tonight''s Canary call had some excellent callers all of which are sick to the back teeth of:Poor manager appointments and sackings too late, Poor signings, 1 step forward followed by 2 back, No actual ambition to be a Southampton or Swansea type club, the little ole norwich mentality, failing overpaid players, going out of cups, a board only interested in season ticket renewals (The only time they do something the fans want is just before renewals), overpriced tickets, happy clappy fans, being behind Ipshit from an inconceivable position, all this and much much more! We now have a manager that is trying to fit in as many scots as possible, even if he has to play them out of position!The club is an absolute farce, 15 shocking years of poor decisions, Only 1 man has given the fans some joy Paul Lambert. Unfortunately there is still a large portion of Norwich fans who bury their heads in the sand and refuse to hold the board accountable for their continual shocking mistakes. You only have to look on this forum to see that. Infact I wouldn''t be surprised if it was one of the resident pinkun happy clappers who made that call. But the problems came after he left and the board was like a lost sheep not knowing where to go or what to do.Instead of moving forward and finding someone to produce a quality style of football to build the club up, we instead rushed out and appointed Hughton. It was a defensive move aimed at preserving the ground we had won, but it ultimately led to us sliding backwards.After relegation McNally and co belatedly tried to introduce the concept of a stable backroom, managerial continuity and getting back to playing our traditional passing style. But in less than a year we''ve seen four coaches and two managers leave, and still can''t play football without hoofing it.We''re left with another rookie, an out and out gamble of a managerial appointment, who has no record of producing quality football and virtually no hope of automatic promotion.
