ruthers1 0 Posted January 27, 2015 This is the next logical step but then what? Appoint his successor only for him too to be eventually worn down and ''Delia-orised''?! No, if McNally goes, and he should do, there must be a root and branch overhaul of the entire board to stop the same mistakes happening all over again. We need to look at the Swansea model where the board is a fairly equal % split and has supporter representation too. Of course Smith & Jones won''t be in favour of relinquishing their control so it would need to get ugly in order to happen.
ZLF 274 Posted January 27, 2015 Well written as usual - but I would lower my sights to the players. The club have made available good funds and wages to the last 3 managers. The managers have turned up.Its time to change those players who are not capable enough, prepared to play as a team or think turning up one game in 3 is acceptable
BroadstairsR 2,164 Posted January 27, 2015 The timing of Hughton''s sacking was ludicrous the whole of football was mystified and rightly so as nothing has gone right since.Let''s hope this last throw of McNally''s dice works out better. There are doubts already.B-oody shambles IMO.
