TCCANARY 263 Posted January 27, 2015 I think ZLF is referring to the failed experiment in the Asia cup where players were all given a rating and managers were allowed to pick a team as long as the combined rating wasn''t grater than 11, it was abandoned when American Samoa fielded it''s entire nation in a game against Tonga and still lost 27-0.
