We''ve reverted back to the pre Lambert Norwich that''s is for sure and ITS A F*CKING DISGRACE. No I''m not battering the club with a stick either IM STATING THE BLOODY OBVIOUS!

I have not to time or the crayons to have a discussion with the OP. Someone else is going to have to do it.

I used to be like buh.

110% norwich and wouldnt hear anything bad said about norwich no matter how bad we were.

Seasons gone by. You begin to realise how poor we actually are and with the decision making for managers. This club is an absolute joke at best

Alex Neil out!

3 points off playoffs Maccy, not what we were expecting at the start of the season but not as bad as you''re making out.

Yeah that''s exactly what the happy clappers were calling me last season when saying we were going to be relegated! While you lot clapped and clapped and clapped YOUR JOKES AS FANS, that''s what mcnicey means when saying " the best fans in the world" cos we tolerate and old b0llocks and clap it aswell wake up

Yea, it''s totally nothing to do with our lack of creativity in midfield and the fact that most of our players are timid and lazy. We desperately need new signings not another managerial change, this team cost a lot to assemble but that doesn''t automatically mean they''re good players.

Also Jerome might have had a slight injury and Hooper has done absolutely nothing here in a season and a half, he''s so over rated and no better than Grabban. Nothing wrong with our set up or team selection today, we have a bad core of players whoever we play or however we set up we are always powderpuff in the final third because of our creatively poor midfielder and strikers with very little presence or technique. We had better be extremely busy over the next couple of days!

Oh no D.C our players are perfect, the score was perfect, the performance was perfect, the boards perfect and FOR THESE PR1CKS OUR CURRENT POSITION IS PERFECT! The penny pinching pillocks love the more games per season for their money!

This sort of knob makes me despair.

We have fallen into the trap of needing instant gratification and results and looking for scapegoats every time we don''t thrash a ''lesser'' team. There is no patience any more and anything less than a win is disastrous.

Being in the premiership seems to have distorted reality for some fans. With it''s wall to wall coverage of every possible minutae of every squad and club. With acres of coverage given to Sky, online, magazines, pull-out newspaper sections, twitter & Talkshite radio, we have opinion and non-newsworthy items thrust at us left, right and centre.

The things that really wind me up are the press conferences from Colney every week and the burble and sound bites from this weeks player - wheeled in front of the cameras/microphones to give us some positive claptrap about how great the club is, how fun it is in the dressing room and how we are going to win this weekend.

Managers are being swapped and changed at an ever-quickening rate - the game (and our club) needs stability right now - not moaning ba5tards expecting 3 points every week or shouting about failure after just 4 games.

Find some perspective OP or get a grip and lower your expectations. 2+ points from the first 4 games is something to build on. If it ain''t good enough - go and support Chelsea if you expect to win every week.

...and breathe...

Alex Neil, how dare you change the team from that shower of s*** last week and get us only a draw away at a rejuvenated

Birmingham under their new manager. Don''t you know we should be winning every game comfortably and be top of the league.

Why did you change a team that couldnt hold onto the ball in midfield by putting on an extra midfielder and then proceeding to have the lions share of possession? Why did you drop a player whos still trying to get back onside from last week just to accommodate the extra midfielder and bring some organisation back to the centre of the field that was so severely lacking against Brentford?

Why bring in a proven championship striker, who prospered when playing ahead of Hoolahan early in the season who''s quick and got a point to prove when you could''ve played it safe, played the same and then been accused of not having a plan b?

You''re having a laugh..

He said Jerome has been struggling in training with his hamstring so has to be careful with it. Liked what he said in his interview and I think given time and support he will get the job done. 4 games in ffs, give it a rest.

far too early to make any serious observations about the new management team As for this season that is a different matter. All to play for regarding the play offs but we are well short of being a serious contender for automatic slots. I do sense that the close season will see much of this talented but misfiring squad broken up. I do think this season has been a terrible missed opportunity and have only mild optimism for next but as in the last 20 odd seasons will continue to turn up regardless.

Well there''s a first Yorkie, next season written off this early. You must be fun to be around :)

Of course we should still aim to win the league. If that becomes impossible we should aim for 2nd. Then 3rd. And so on. If we fall short at least we still have the play offs. Aiming for 6th right now is defeatist. I hope all at the club have more ambition...

Today''s selection showed good tactical structure.

It is traditional football wisdom to focus on a solid defensive platform to refloat a listing ship.

It is also good management to use the major managerial weapon of team selection to reinforce principles. Regardless of money, players always want to play. Leaving out bigger names, those who "expect to play", those who may not have immediately have embraced the new training / new tactics / new manager is good, clear politics.

Two out-and-out strikers plus Redmond equals midfield gaps. Midfield gaps equal defensive exposure, equals soft counter attack goals. Particularly if allied to (over) raiding full backs.

The personnel is less important than the shape. Tge shape today was far more mature and balanced.

Well said Parma, and the fact that AN has recognised what is a more well balanced and mature shape indicates the man certainly does possess something in the way of management nous.

The posters shouting and bawling because we haven''t won ought to take a breath and realise that the problems that have beset the club in the past season and half will take longer than a handful of games to remedy.

Give the man a chance and look for the positives.

Making use of the squad is exactly what we have to do, particularly with the depth that we have in many positions, and it''s pleasing that AN is introducing some real competition for places.

I would reiterate the expressed view the Magoo is a phallus btw.
