Bassong & Hooper

Recommended Posts

Not sure what Adams problem is with these two but he should be man enough to swallow his pride and get them back in the team (when Watford loan finishes). If we''d have had Bassong and Hooper in the team instead of donkey Grabban and donkey Hooiveld we''d be right up there in the mix - hopefully Phelan can help sort this out and soon.

Bassong should never be seen in a Canary shirt again - ever. Last day of the season when we got relegated, he was larging it outside the ground, not even in a club track suit, laughing his head off with his cronies. Didn''t give a toss and disrespected the manager as soon as he was appointed. Was a powder puff for a such a big man. Good riddance.

Why is that fans clutch as such pathetic straws? If Grabban was doing his job, 1 goal in his last 13 appearances, and all players were doing what they were told to do, we wouldn''t be in this position. Adams is not to blame for that. Not to blame for Redmond leaving his man to run unhindered, not to blame for wasteful front play from Grabban, not to blame for Ruddys incredible loss of form. He looks a beaten man every time a shot comes in. Not to blame for Hooivelds challenge. Adams problem is that he is not ruthless enough. He soon will be though, when it''s his job or a players reputation that he has to protect.

Redmond will go and then well get a player who wants it - Murphy. Start Hooper, rest Tettey, get Ryan back in defence as soon as poss? Then watch us go.

He disrespected a manager who never should have been a manager

And if we want to get back up then he should definitely play for the club again far far better than what we''ve giot or have been playing
